Hey guys before I get into this I do want to let you know that this chapter does talk about slight depression and developing it. I struggle with this so I am in no way glorifying it to make a good story. It is a mental illness and seek help if you feel lost. It can be to an adult like an older sibling, aunt, therapist, teacher, or even a close friend who can provide help. You can also call a hotline if you feel uncomfortable talking to someone you know

National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255

Or

Text (HELLO) to the Crisis Text Line: 741741

Don't suffer in silence. It's so hard to seek help but even just quickly calling a hotline or texting will make you feel a little better

I love you all and stay strong <3

Heartbreak isn't something you can escape. It's something that happens all the time and everyone experiences it at least twice

Being heartbroken doesn't always have to tie in with romance. It can happen with many different connections and with numerous circumstances

Depending on bad it is, and how badly you were affected, it can lead to depression, or leave you with depressive traits. Some characteristics of depression are a lack of interest in things like friends, romantic relations, and hobbies. Others are loss of sleep and appetite

Now this doesn't you have depression but it could mean you are slowly developing it. Some cases aren't as severe as others, but it's still hard to overcome and stop the progression

It's also a constant battle between wanting to get better and change things, and giving up hope, and wanting to destroy everything in your life. That's where Zeara was at right now

As nine days passed the teen had only seen her daughter once. She was currently tutoring kids and helping students apply for colleges because she needed to volunteer. It made her feel better and help her cope

Even though she didn't enjoy doing this at this particular moment, she was doing this for her daughter even though she kind of wanted to give up. But her heart wouldn't let her

Now developing depression can be stopped before it gets worse, but until then it's a battle. Zeara had recently cut everyone off and pushed everyone away to act like she was fine and preparing for the evaluation trial
