Chapter 11 [Oarburgh's Dual]

Tatsumi's P.O.V

I had woken up when i felt Akame moving around a bunch so she could get up, i followed her as we got ready to head out.

Akame:"Did you sleep well my dear?"

Tatsumi:"Yeah, surprisingly."

Akame:"Hm? Was my snuggling bad?"

Tatsumi:"No i didn't mean it like that, it's just that i haven't gotten any good sleep in year's so it was a surprise to me when i actually fell asleep, if anything you actually helped me sleep these last couple day's."

Akame:"Oh, well i'm glad to help you in anyway i can."

Tatsumi:(She's so nice, no wonder her citizen's love her so much.):"I'm ready to head out whenever you are."

Akame:"Then let's get a pep in our step and move out."

We went on our way to find Wild Hunt's base so we could get back the fragment's of [Murasame], while we walked i figured i'd ask Akame how dangerous the Oarburgh clan is.

Tatsumi:"Hey, Akame?"

Akame:"Yes dear?"

Tatsumi:"How dangerous are these Oarburgh's and should i be worried?"

Akame:"It all depend's on who they send after us, Barbara and Merraid are very dangerous but Gilberda isn't as tough as she is dumb, just use the old "Hey look over there" trick and she'll fall for it."

Tatsumi:"So if this Barbara or Merraid come close to us what do we do?"

Akame:"Keep our distance and don't let Merraid touch you, she uses something called Wiggler's and they can be planted inside one's body and kill them rather quickly."

Tatsumi:(Damn, so if Merraid come's along i'll have to use my danger beast flesh to prevent her from getting through, some of them are rather dangerous so we're gonna need Murasame soon.)

Akame:"But don't worry, i have one of my best assassin's on her way, her name is Taeko and she actually has a resistance to Merraid's Wiggler's, so when i heard that the Oarburgh clan was after us i had a letter sent to my kingdom to have her get to us A.S.A.P, she'll give us a massive advantage against them."

????:"That's if she get's here before you die."

I raised my sword in a blocking posision and saved us both from getting sevearly hurt.

Akame:"Fancy meeting you here-

-Barbara."

Barbara:"Well well well, you remember my name, but that won't do you any good little missy."

Tatsumi:"We're taking you out, here and now."

Barbara:"If it isn't Tatsumi son of Masaru and Aoi, this should be fun."

Tatsumi:"Bring it on!-

-I'm not scared of anyone!"

Barbara:"Then let's dance."

Our blade's clashed causing spark's to fly, Akame stood back and waited for an opening to get a good slash in, i however had run in head first which proved to be the wrong choise i had been cut several time's.

Tatsumi:(I don't have much of a choise right now, i'll have to use my danger beast flesh to beat her.):"Ragh!"

Barbara:"Is that suposed to scare me?"

Tatsumi:"It should little miss, it should.":(I'll have to do this quickly, i don't have a lot of time.)

My newly scailed fist struck against her dagger's shattering them into almost a million peice's leaving her open to give her the beat down she's been asking for, i beat her down worse than i had done to anyone when i was an underground fighter and finished it with my old signiture move, my right handed uppercut giving Akame an opening.

Akame:"Now die."

Barbara:"Not this time."

That old hag threw a smoke bomb down blinding us and giving her the chance to escape.

Tatsumi:"Damnit, she got away."

Akame:"That doesn't matter, what does matter is that neither of us got hurt and we can continue on our journey."

Tatsumi:(That old hag had quite the skill set, i'm gonna have to be more carful next time, this isn't going to be easy so i have to get better.)

That's how i honestly felt back then.
