Runaway | Sun and Moon

Part 2

Gregory's POV
——
I ran and ran trying to get to Freddy
who were they?
Obviously one was the daycare attendant but the moon one, who was he?
I should ask Freddy maybe he knows something about the strange animatronic!
Continuing to run I finally found Freddy
'Hey Freddy!'
I said this out of breath, taking deep breaths
"Gregory! there you are, are you okay?"
'Yeah, I'm fine, though I wanted to ask if you knew any moon animatronic who lived at the daycare with Sun?'
"A moon animatronic? No, we have heard complaints from children and parents about that same strange thing though."
Freddy stared into the air mostly in thought
'Well, I saw Sun talking to whoever it was while I was looking for the generator, he must know something"
I nudge Freddy to get him to listen 
"Odd, I'll have Roxy watch from outside the daycare to try and catch this moon animatronic."
I simply nod and we continue on our way, stopping at Roxane's room first.
Freddy hides me in his chest cavity and knocks on Roxane's door
'What do you want!?'
Roxy yelled from the inside
"We have a problem, can you come out here for just a moment so we can talk?"
Freddy asked very calmly
'Yeah, yeah, I'm coming'
Roxane opens her door and stares at Freddy
"We have a issue at the daycare again, I found out another complaint was laying on the counter, apparently both the parent and child saw this thing and I was wondering if you could just station outside the daycare for at least the night?"
Roxane continued staring
'Well it must be a great responsibility so I shall because of how great I am!'
Roxane yelled almost at the end, both Freddy and me mentally sighing
"Aright, thank you Roxy!"
Roxane nodded to him before taking off towards the daycare
Well hopefully we can catch this guy and find out about him, maybe the children can finally sleep again from what Freddy was talking about.

Sun's POV

I was talking to Moondrop before hearing metallic clanking of feet approaching the door of the daycare
'That's Roxane! She has really good eyesight, she'll find you in moments time!'
I started to freak out and threw a blanket over Moon
Moon took the blanket off and held my arm
"Relax, she can't get up here so if I stay here she can't get me."
I calm down a bit and sigh
'Alright ,hold on I'll see what she wants.'
I jump down from the tower and open the door to the daycare, being greeted by Roxy basically running me over and going past me
'First off, ow. Second, Why are you even here?'
I state this, getting up and dusting myself off
'Freddy told me that you got not just the child complaining this time, but both the PARENT and child! What are you hiding loser!'
Roxane yelled this, turning to face me directly
How did Freddy even know, there were no complaints they always get sent straight to me..
'What do you mean Roxane there is nothing I am hiding!'
I get a bit defensive as Roxane scans the area
'Yeah right loser, for once you might actually have a friend with you.'
Roxane was starting to annoy me and it was showing
'There is nobody h-'
I got cut of my Roxane
'There's your friend!'
I get startled and quickly look up to Roxane's eyes, she was staring straight at the tower
I started to panic again, slowly baking away
Roxane turns quickly, apparently hearing comes with sight
'Tell me how to get up there, NOW!'
I turn and run into the tunnels, I should be able to loose her here.
Or
so I thought.
Roxane was always right behind me at all times! Even in the tunnels!
making a quick turn I get out of the tunnels, getting up to the tower before Roxane could get to me.
'I'm always better than you, I'll find a way up, loser!'
I stare at Moondrop to find him on the floor, asleep
Of course..
I shake him awake and he bolts upwards into a sit
"Wh..What do you need, did you get Roxane out?"
He stretches and stands
'No! She is trying to get up here!'
I turn to the sound of Roxane opening a door at the bottom floor
'That was a lot faster than I thought she would be.'
I started to panic as Moondrop walked over to the doored entrance of the room, hiding behind the door.
I just stared at him and he held a finger to him mouth, telling me to shut up as Roxane bursts into the room
'Tell me where it is Loser!'
Roxane held me by the collar of my shirt before quickly letting go as Moondrop jumped onto her back
Roxane tried to grab Moondrop but Moondrop leaned backwards and broke her jaw into her head
I just stared, frozen completely, I basically just damaged a Glamrock animatronic.
I'm going to the scraps so fast.
Roxane let out a distorted yell as Moondrop broke her endo-skeleton spine with a sharp clink sound
Moondrop got off of Roxane, finishing off his attack by taking out her eyes, throwing them to the floor.
'Moon.'
I said in a concerned tone
"Sun it's alright now- ah..don't worry she's fixable I promise, you won't get in trouble! You could blame it on a kart accident.'
I just continued to stare at him
and he stared back.
"Thank you.."
I say quietly as my emotions start to take over and I start to sob but without the tears.
Why did I have to be more human
I just wish I was someone else
nobody understands
not one
but maybe he does
we are the same aren't we?

Moondrop's POV

I hug Sun as he starts to cry out
I know he hates the fact he can feel but it's something that makes him special and different from the others, it's what makes me appreciate his company.
I held him close before placing him on the floor where he slept before the child appeared out of nowhere.
'I'll place her at the track alright? I'll be back in seconds I promise'
Sun nods at me and covers himself with the blanket I gave him earlier.
I stare at Roxane, grabbing her eyes that were nearby before dragging her slowly down the stairs and outside of the daycare.
The only thing that makes me less sneaky is that my whole appearance makes the room colder and people see stars if I'm not wrong.
I aggressively pull on Roxane's arm, finally making it to the track.
Sighing, I grab Roxane and throw her to the side of the track where a kart was already flipped over, probably a extra one that is a prop
I drop her eyes close by and make my leave.
I get back into the daycare being greeted by one of the Glamrocks, Freddy of course.
I stare wide-eyed at Freddy and back away from the door, he startled me that's for sure.
"Where's Roxy!"
He yelled his words, I've never seen him yell even as the lead singer he never yells his words
'She's..somewhere.'
I state this quietly before Freddy tried to grab my arm
I slammed his arm into the nearby wall, I was stronger, yes, but if one of them got their hands on me it would be over.
Freddy stares at me as he realizes that I'm not Sunrise
"You're the one who haunts the children at night..WHERE IS ROXANE IF YOU DID SOMETHING I'LL HAVE YOU DISASSEMBLED!"
Freddy continued to yell
'There was a simply accident at the track, please forgive me...'
I start to giggle at the end and Freddy starts to run to the track.
I return myself to the tower as I lock the Daycare door.
'Sunny-boy I'm back!'
I walk over to him to see he is resting.
'Well then, good night for now.'
I pat his back a few times before I sit with my legs hanging off the tower edge.

He may be lonely but I'll be with him forever.
