Reader is 16 and is on set for black widow when she gets a call telling her a family member pasted away

Im hanging out in my trailer after a long day of filming and thought it would be nice to chill around and watch movies

At the moment I was watching tangled

I was laid across the couch, while watching the movie I heard my phone go off from the bedroom (I was in the living area part)

I quickly got up and made my way over to my phone answering the call without looking at the number

"Hello?" I say

"Y/n sweetie you weren't answering our texts so I called you I need to tell you something" my mum said from the other side of the phone

"Wh- is everything okay? Have you been crying?" I ask confused

"I'm sorry I have to tell you over the phone but your father was in an accident-" She starts to say before I cut her off

"What is he okay are you at the hospital?"

"No he's uh not okay y/n I'm sorry-"

"What do you mean he's not okay What hospital are you guys at I can tell  Kate I need some time off-" I say quickly

"Y/N sweetie stop making this harder" she snaps

"What do you mean?"

"Sweetie your father didn't make it I'm sorry they tried everything they could but he didn't make it he's gone I'm sorry hunny"

"What no...no no no no he can't be gone he-" I cry

"I'm sorry sweetie do you want me to call Scarlett or Florence and ask them to come over"

"N-no I'm fine I'm okay" I say holding in my sob

"Y/n hunny you shouldn't be alone let me call them or you go see them"

"No I'm okay I uh I gotta go love you"

"Y/n no wait-" She was cut off from me hanging up

The second I hung up I broke down my sobs dying to be heard

I made sure to stay quiet letting my slight tears stream freely down my face

My throat hurts from holding my cries in but I didn't care

I slowly laid down on my bed and curled up

I had been laying here for 10 minutes...I was no longer hiding my sobs as they stopped but my tears were still streaming down my face

I ignored my phone as it was going off like crazy and just focused on the wall  across from me until I heard a knock on the door Before I heard it open and footsteps coming closer

*Florence's pov*

I had just gotten done filming after a long day and as soon as I got to my trailer I plopped down onto my bed face first

I had been laying there for about 30 and was about to fall asleep when I heard my phone go off

"You've got to be kidding me" I mumble as I got up to get my phone

I quickly answered see that it was y/m/n

"Hey y/m/n"

"Hey Florence has y/n talked to you?" 

It sounded like she had be crying which made me grow concerned

"No she hasn't we got done filming about 30 minutes ago...is everything okay?" I ask confused

"Its y/d/n he was in an accident and he didn't make it" she said making me gasp

"Oh my god I'm so sorry"

"I called y/n 20 minutes ago to tell her but she hung up on me I've been trying to call her back but she won't answer my texts or calls can you go check on her" she asked her voice breaking near the end

"Of course I can yeah ill text you after I talk to her" I say quickly getting up and putting my shoes on

"Thank you" she said before hanging up

I ran out of my trailer and went to the lounge area knowing that Scarlett was there

"Scarlett you need to come with me now" I say quickly grabbing her arm and dragging her

"Woah calm down why are we running" she said chuckling

"Its y/n" I say with a sad look

That stopped her from chuckling as she became serious

"What happened is she okay" she asked concerned

"Y/d/n was in an accident and he didn't make it y/m/n told her but she hung up on her and hasn't answered any of her texts or calls in the past 20 minutes so come on" I say starting to run again

Me and Scarlett ran as fast as we could to y/n's trailer quickly knocking on the door Before opening it and walking in and making our way to her bedroom seeing as she wasn't out in the living area

When we got there we saw her all curled up on her bed staring at the wall across from her with tears streaming down her face sniffing

*y/n's pov*

I felt the bed dip on both sides and then felt someones hand on my leg and someone's hand on my back rubbing it

"Hey sweetie" I heard Scarlett say

"We heard what happened your mum's worried about you" Florence said

"My dad's gone" I say with a hoarse voice

"We know sweetie and we are so so sorry"

I was laying in the middle of the bed so they both laid down on either side of me I was facing Florence and my back was to Scarlett

With out another word they both wrapped their arms around me and I broke I couldn't hold my sobs in

My sobs were finally heard and could probably be heard from everyone near my trailer

There was so much pain and grief in each sob that was heard I had finally let go and I didnt care who heard me

I shook as Scarlett and Florence held me each whispering things telling me to 'let it all out' or 'I'm here' or 'it's going to be okay'

And that's how the rest of the night was spent I had eventually cried myself to sleep as Florence played with my hair and Scarlett whispered sweet things into my ear
