The gigantic doors of the ballroom suddenly opened, revealing a large room adorned with gold and flowering plants, as well as being covered with people in colorful and joyful dresses. The princess started walk down the stairs, headed to the throne. And as she slowly walked the people she approached made a small and gentle bow as a sign of respect.
Y/n seemed to be living the most beautiful of their dreams.
All this was accompanied by dance music played by the castle orchestra.

When she arrived at his destination, at the foot of the throne, she bowed together with all the nobles and royals present, to the Queen of the Kingdom of Spring. Then sit on her throne, to the right of the Queen, while to the left sat her brother Archie.
After all of this, the ball officially began, the people were dancing and enjoying themselves, it was so perfect that it made Y/n smile.

"Y/n, dear...This ball has been organized for you and yet, you're here watching others dance. Go enjoy yourself, my child." Said calmly your mother.
You nodded, and got up without saying a word, but you were screaming internally.

What am I even supposed to do? Dance?
Hell nah.
Nobody even asked me to dance, I can't dance alone! It would be so sad.
Why did nobody asked me to dance?
Is it because I look bad?
Oh my god what if I look bad?!
 
But Y/n's thoughts were interrupted when she accidentally collied with a male figure.
"Oh god I'm so sorry..."  said the girl.
"Philza, King Philza." responded the man who seemed to be in his fifties.
When the princess realized that she was talking to the King of the Winter Kingdom, she bowed continuing to apologize.
"It's okay mate, it's not a big deal really!" He giggled, and Y/n smiled back.
The two of them continued to talk and Y/n finally talked to someone about her knowledge about the other Kingdoms, especially she explained how she always loved the idea of snow but she never really saw it.

"You know... Your remind me of my son, I think you two could get along very well actually! Do you want ma to introduce you to him?" Said King Philza.
"It would be an honor you majesty!"
"Oh please, just Philza or Phil"
"Of course...Philza." you smiled, and he smiled back.

All of a sudden a very tall man with long pink hair approached you two.
"We were just talking about you Techno!"
Said Philza with enthusiasm .
The man which you assumed name was Techno looked at you , he was around 6'5 , and his long hair looked like silk.
He was quite intimidating, thanks to the bear skull mask he wore to cover his face.  But despite this, some beautiful dark red eyes could be glimpsed.
He wore what a king would wear.
He wore a cream-colored silk shirt and black trousers with very elegant boots. On his shoulders it was situated a red cloak with white fur on the top of it.
A golden crown was disposed on his head and his elf-like ears were pierced and ornate with gold jewelry.

He probably noticed you staring deeply because he smirked and let out a low chuckle.
"Okay... So Technoblade this is Princess Y/n of the Spring Kingdom, Y/n this is Prince Technoblade of the Winter Kingdom!" said joyfully Phil.
Technoblade did a small bow and took Y/n hand, kissing her knuckles.
"It's a pleasure finally meeting you, Princess" said Technoblade, still in his bow.
"The pleasure is mine, Technoblade. I heard a lot about your Kingdom".
He raised an eyebrow even if it wasn't visible due the mask covering his face and smirked a bit.
"Oh you did?"
He genuinely asked, you smiled and said "Well not really, no. I haven't heard it from anyone, I learned it. I love reading and learning new things about other Kingdoms and their traditions!" said Y/n with enthusiasm, which fascinated Technoblade.
"Would you mind telling me about it while we dance?" he politely asked, taking your arm in his.
"I would love to."
"Okay lovebirds now go dance!" said Phil with a fake disgusted face, which made you laugh, but Technoblade seemed embarrassed, in fact, Y/n noticed his red ears.
