After her half eaten breakfast and cleaning the dining area Meenakshi started doing the dishes.Then she went to the washing area and started washing the clothes of every member in the house. Then went to clean the remaining rooms as she was not able to clean all the rooms in the morning. After doing the remaining chores, she went to the room where both her mother in-law and grandmother inlaw were watching a serial on the telivision.
After the serial was over, the three ladies went to the dining area as it was lunch time and her father in-law would come home for lunch. Meenakshi gave him cool water from a mud pot and then he got ready to eat and the two women joined him to have their lunch whereas Meenakshi was serving them their lunch.
After the lunch, he went to his room to relax a bit. Then Meenakshi had her lunch all alone but as she was too tired and hungry she ate well unlike in the morning. Till the time she cleaned the dining area and the dishes, her father in-law was ready to go back to work. She refilled a water bottle and gave it to him
After he left, she locked all the doors and then her mother in-law and grandmother inlaw called her to instruct about the snacks to be made in the evening and also to inform her about Sudha's arrival.
