As I lay here on this bed, I try opening my eyes. However, it feels like there are stones on my eye lids keeping them closed.
Why can't I open my eyes? What happened to me? Where am I?
Questions flow through my mind like a river and then i realise how tired I am.
I begin trying to move my hand but I feel something weighing them down a little.
"Liliana?" someone breathed out while I continued trying to move my fingers again. "Omg she's awake, her hand is moving!" He shrieks.
"I think you should go on a walk because your turning delusional sitting in here" another voice speaks up.
"I'm not delusional! I just felt her hand move and saw it." He declared, as my eyes begin to feel light enough for me to open them.
"She is not awake yet, there are still at least 2 hours left till she wakes up. The other person argues back.
As soon as my eyes open they fly shut from the light and I blink multiple times to try and adjust to the light.
They continue fighting not noticing I'm awake so after a while I choose to speak up.
My throat feels like a desert so I start by trying to ask for water. "Water." I squeak out having a hard time to talk.
Angelo realises and picks up the water, placing it into my hand so I can drink from it. The water soothes my throat helping me breath out a sigh.
Why is it so fucking bright? My eyes finally adjust to the lights so I look around to see my whole family standing there with troubled looks on their faces.
My face scrunches up in confusion when I look around the room. "Where am I?" I wonder out loud.
I just feel like laying on my bed and falling asleep although this bed is quite comfortable.
Yeah but your room is way more relaxing and bigger.
Shut up I wasn't talking to you.
Well who are you talking to then cause I don't hear anyone else responding.
I fight with conscience until I hear someone talk breaking me out of my dumb brain.
"Valentino said you would be asleep for at least another 2 hour." Luca exclaims confused by me being awake already.
"Well you know I have always been ahead of modern technology, time is no match for me!" I chuckle. They all give me a huge smile and I already feel better knowing my family are with me.
"Now it's your turn to answer my question. Please tell me where am I?" I pleaded, looking towards my father who is sitting on my right.
"Well caro, we are in our hospital." He hesitates looking carefully at me. (Darling)
