"Who doesn't like who?" Ryujin asks.

"Yeji unnie doesn't like this girl from her school because she was mean" Chaeryeong badly lies.

"Okay? Weird topic but you do you I guess" Ryujin unsure whether to believe it or not.

"You could have said that Lia didn't like you" Yeji whispers to Chaeryeong.

"But that would have made me sad" Chaeryeong whispers back.

"When do you usually get to work? I want to watch" Ryujin says trying to break the awkwardness in the room.

"Right now. Sit over there and don't cause trouble" Chaeryeong instruct her bestfriend.

Ryujin stomps her way to the chair and mumbles to herself.

"What did you say?" Chaeryeong ask in a stern voice.

"Nothing" Ryujin mumbles before sitting down and crossing her arms with a pout.

Yeji finds the whole scene adorable. She just wants to pinch her cheeks and kiss her pouting lips.

"Why is she pouting?" Yeji asks while doing her warm up stretches.

"Because I said don't cause trouble. She hates it but we always have to remind her of it though" Yeji laughs at what Chaeryeong said.

"I heard that! I don't always cause trouble. Sometimes trouble finds me. I don't attract just people. I also attract other things" Ryujin says flipping her hair.

"Yeah you attracted ugliness too!" Chaeryeong teases her friend.

"How can I be ugly if I attract people doofus?" Ryujin sticks out her tongue.

"You can be ugly and charming!" Chaeryeong claims doing her final stretches.

Yeji laughs at the two but feeling kinda sad when Ryujin said she attracts people. She sees it because Ryujin is attractive but she didn't like it. It meant that people will go after and a lot can happen in a year.

Yeji and Chaeryeong finished with their warm-ups and the trainees are already coming in ready to start. Ryujin watches them teach the younger people and she was feeling proud of her bestfriend. A staff member came in to check on something when she saw Ryujin.

Yeji saw the girl approach her soulmate with the biggest smile on her face. She saw Ryujin smiles back and winks at the girl. This made Yeji unhappy. Does she always wink at people? Not once has she winked at me! Yeji thought to herself.

"Yeji. Are you okay? You just messed up the steps?" Chaeryeong asked.

"I'm fine while looking at her soulmate and the girl from the mirror" She sighs.

"From the top" she yells out not letting Chaeryeong say another word.

Yeji continues dancing and still watching the two girls flirt. The girl clearly finds Ryujin attractive and Ryujin seems to enjoy the attention. She saw them hug and next thing she knows, she's on the floor with pain coming from her ankle.

Everyone in the room gasps and Ryujin was the first one to run to Yeji.

"Yeji unnie, are you okay?" Ryujin asks while trying to support her ankle that's starting to swell.

Yeji didn't say anything. Was she too sad remembering her soulmate who was flirting with one less than five minutes ago? Was she embarrassed that she tripped in front of her soulmate? Was she happy because Ryujin was the farthest one from her but she was first to check on her? Or was she scared to see a glimpse of Ryujin's caring side? Afraid that it's temporary and it will be gone if she falls in love with another girl.

Yeji started crying without realizing it. Ryujin panics thinking she hurt Yeji more by touching her ankle. "Yeji unnie, I'll take you the clinic okay?"

Yeji didn't say anything. She feels embarrassed again for crying in front of Ryujin.

"Yeji unnie, is it okay if I pick you up?" Ryujin asks with so much care in her voice.

Yeji nods and with ease, Ryujin picks her up bridal style. Yeji hides her neck in Ryujin's neck so she could hide her smile.

"You need to be more careful next time unnie" Ryujin says while walking down the halls.

"I'm sorry. I don't know what happened back there. I can be clumsy at times" Yeji shyly says.

"You didn't have to do this you know. You could have called one of the staff to take me to the clinic" Yeji says still hiding her face and subtly smelling Ryujin.

"Why would I do that? I'm sure they would have a called a male staff and they might take advantage of your situation and touch you inappropriately. I'm sure my dad checked everyone's background but we shouldn't risk it."

Yeji blushes at Ryujin's protectiveness, "Are you always this protective and kind to everyone?"

"I try to be kind to everyone but I'm mainly protective to the people I care about" Ryujin says causing Yeji to pull away from Ryujin's neck.

She stares at Ryujin with wide eyes, "You care about me? But we only just met?"

Ryujin laughs a little, "I don't know. There's just something about you that makes me want to take care of you."

They finally make it to the clinic. Ryujin puts Yeji down on one of the beds. "You can go. You don't have to stay here" Yeji says.

"Why would I leave? You expect me to not complete my task of making sure you're okay?" Ryujin frowns.

"It's probably just a sprained ankle Ryujin. I'm fine. Thank you for taking me here but I don't want to take up any more of your time" Yeji says but hoping her soulmate would stay.

Ryujin shrugs her shoulder, "Okay then see ya" she turns around but she saw Yeji's sad face right away.

"I'm just kidding. Why would you tell me to go when you clearly don't want me to? I saw how your face changed when you thought I was leaving" Ryujin sits on the chair next to the bed.

Yeji blushes again for getting caught, "I just don't want to bother you. I'm sure you have other things to do today."

"My only plan was to hang out in that dance room. You gave me an adventure and for that I owe you" Ryujin jokes.

Yeji stares into Ryujin's brown eyes and immediately got lost in it. She can see Ryujin's genuine care for her but she doesn't know why. She then thought, she's probably like this to every girl. She shouldn't get caught up so easily or she would just get hurt.

The nurse arrives and Ryujin tells her what happened. Yeji saw Ryujin watch the nurse carefully to make sure she's doing her job right. This made Yeji's heart flutter but stops right away when she tells herself that Ryujin is just a nice person and that she wasn't special to the younger girl.
