"NOW SINCE PAIMON IS NOT HERE..." i trailed off, glancing at aether teasingly. "where should we go for our date, aether?" i asked him.
aether purse his lips and said nothing. he walked ahead, a little too fast if you ask me. but i managed to catch up with him just fine. i giggle, latching our arms together and skipped on our merry way.
ps : this is totally not a date.
i just followed wherever aether bring me while i admired everything on our way. it's now almost afternoon since we woke up at 7 am then ate breakfast at 8 am. later we start walking at 10 am so now it's 11 am almost to 12 pm.
"where are we going exactly?" i asked. i noticed we're heading to somewhere opposite of liyue harbor.
"i'm gonna bring you to somewhat where we can watch the sunset later." aether said and i tilted my head. "if we want to watch the sunset, would it be at a high place?" i thought out loud.
aether grin, "try to guess."
i ponder. "he didn't said it was wrong so it is probably a high place." we continue walking as i thought about the place.
"okay okay, i get a little clue." i said and aether tilt his head towards me. "a high place, right? then a place where we can see sunset clearly means no other things will block our view.....so.." i squint my eyes.
then i snapped my fingers, "i know! it must be a mountain!" i said. aether smile like a proud husband. "you're right, but.." he trailed off.
i raised my eyebrows questioningly. he turn to me and bend his eyes, "its more than that."
"like what?"
"a secret. just follow me and you'll know later."
"eh...okay. wait," i halt, forcing aether to stopped too. "what?" he question.
"if we're going on a mountain, would that mean...we have to climb?" i said, mouth agape. aether grin, smirking almost.
"that's right."
"oh... can't we just watch sunset at other place?"
"no."
"aw come on it's just sunset let's watch at other place! i'm not a climber!" i whined. aether shrugged, "you're not a climber, then be one."
