Chapter 27

YoonGi straightens his hair before exiting the room and heading downstairs. He felt strange when he saw the living room light or the kitchen light not on. Often, the house was already lit when he went downstairs. The presence of his three soulmates was also absent.

The three of them were neither in the living room nor the kitchen. Where did the three of them go? I went downstairs to turn on the living room light. NamJoon and HoSeok who are always busy with their files and joking, are not there. Then, I went to the kitchen. Turn on the kitchen light.

"Jin Hyung?"

No one so no reply. Where did they all go? Are they all still asleep? I don't think so. They always wake up at this time. I went to the guest room downstairs where HoSeok lives now. I knocked on the door. There was no response or any sound in return.

"HoSeok? NamJoon?"

I opened the room door. No one. I went to the toilet in the living room. That's the only bathroom they use because in the guest room there is no bathroom. I checked in the bathroom but still didn't find them. I sighed. I think they left me. Again. I'm okay. I turned off all the switches I had just opened before leaving the house and locking the door.

I forgot about those who left me. Now, I have something more important to think about. Today is the day my three younger soulmates are performing. This is their important day and I don’t want to ruin it with my problems. I need to be happy in front of them.

I drove myself to the hall I once went to. JungKook can't drive me today because he needs to prepare. I also don't want to take his time. I can't wait to meet them and see their performances! They will definitely do their best. They've practiced a lot for it.

"Hi, YoonGi Hyung!" The three of them answered simultaneously with a sweet smile, my favorite smile.

"Finally you came!" JiMin hugged me. I hugged him back while stroking his hair. JiMin really likes hugs.

"Do you have to hug me every time we meet?" I let go of the hug and pinched his cheek. This cute mochi!

"Of course! I will give all my soulmates love in the form of hugs! The easiest way!" JiMin replied.

The three of us chuckled a little hearing the reply from JiMin. He is so cute! He with his cute behavior is inseparable. Then, I heard someone sigh. I turned towards JungKook and adjusted his tie. I looked at JungKook with a small smile. "Nervous?"

"A little." JungKook said slowly.

"I'm here to cheer for you."

"Thank you, Hyung." He smiled.

After I gave them words of encouragement, time had passed and it was time for them to perform their performances. I can see the results of their practice. They are indeed the best. I am very proud of them. Their performance ended with a thunderous applause.

"Everyone has done their best!"

I said to all the actors and and staff when they returned backstage. They responded to me with thanks and smiles. They work very hard. Then, the three people who were always by my side went to me. I handed them bottles of water.

"You all have worked hard!" The director announced. "Let's gather in the cafeteria, there is free food for everyone." Everyone who was there cheered. Who doesn't like free stuff? Especially food. Rumble. I laughed when I heard JungKook's stomach rumble. JiMin and TaeHyung also laughed together.

"I swear my stomach feels hungry." JungKook rubbed his stomach. "Hyung, let's go to the cafeteria!"

We agree with JungKook. I just realized my stomach was empty until I heard about the food. Forgive me, my stomach. I forgot about you. Many people were already moving, emptying the backstage. We also moved to the cafeteria. But before I could move, someone pulled my wrist. I looked at that person. TaeHyung.

"You two can go first. I want to talk a bit with YoonGi Hyung." Taehyung said. About what?

Then, I saw TaeHyung and JiMin exchange glances. "Oh, please take your time." JiMin winked.

"You all misunderstood—"

I tried to explain but— "We will talk at home. Let's go home now." NamJoon pulled my wrist.
