"Let's go!"

I spoke as Eric followed me.

"I hope I'm not disturbing you or-"

"No Elle, to be honest I'm glad you invited me."

His lips curled upwards. 

"Hehe!"

I giggled. I decided to go to the mall today. I got my paycheck yesterday, so i thought i would buy something i wanted from a really long time.

"So what you gon buy?"

"Just wait."

I walked inside a cheap-but-good-quality shoe store.

I love collecting shoes and sneakers,  especially high heeled thick boots.

I always wanted them but mom never let my buy those, instead she wanted me to wear something like pencil heels and I don't like that crap.

When I turned 19 mom thought i should be a bit more stylist.

Anyways.

"Eric! How do they look?"

I said as i held up my favourite pair of black boots.

"Cool! Are you going to buy these?"

"Yeah!"

I tried the boots and they fit me! last time i visited this shop, the boots were too big for me. now i can wear these to work.

Another advantage is that i can look a bit more taller.

"Look!"

"Yeah you look hot in those.."

He mumbled while staring ta me through the mirror. my eyes met with his, as we stared at each other for while.

He walked a bit closer and whispered in my ear.

"I think we are being stared at.."

"Oh-oh..."

I stuttered, quickly removing the boots. I stood with eric near the cashier to pay the bill.

"I'll pay."

Said eric, leaving me confused. I held his hand before could remove his wallet and paid my money to the cashier, then i lead him out of the shop.

"What's wrong elle?"

"I dont like being stared at.."

"Oh.. is there anything else you wanna buy?"

"Mm yeah! a book!"

"Books?"

He asked, a hint of disappointment in his voice.
