Chapter 6: May I Ask

JJ'S POV....

"I got it done boss" I exclaim over the phone

"Alright good, good being her to the warehouse"

"Okay be there in a bit" I respond

"Baby, I don't feel so good" Veronica said right before she fell on the floor blacked out

I chuckle as I pick her up and throw her over my shoulder "you'll be feeling better soon baby girl"

I dump Veronica's drink I gave her and start walking out

"Hey JJ where the fuck are you going with her?" Ariel yells at me

"She doesn't feel good so I'm gonna take her home" I yell back

"Oh okay, keep her safe please!" She replies before going back to dancing with some random

I open the front door and walk out to my car

But before I could even unlock my car I get yelled at.

Again

"Hey man! Where are you taking her to?" Some random guy asks

"Home"

"The hell you are, that's my girlfriend you have over your shoulder." He shouts

I laugh at his words "she's not yours first of all, second of all She's my girlfriend and I'm taking her home"

"Javier let's just go man, you smashed her to try and get her back. She ain't coming back man" One of his friends tell him

So his names Javier and he's Veronica ex?

"Whatever man" He walks away going right back to the party

I roll my eyes at them and unlock and start my car.

I put her in the back seat hoping she won't wake up

I mean I did drug her up pretty good. I gave her like 50 milligrams of some sleeping shit

She's gonna be knocked out until boss sees her

I don't mind buckling her because there's no fucking use

Boss Is just gonna kill her anyways

I just shut the door and get into my seat.

I pull out of the party and start driving right back to New York to drop her off with boss

After 3 hours of driving and hearing Veronica grunt and cry in her sleep we're finally 10 minutes away from the warehouse

I can't believe I got away with this

She actually thought I was some stupid college student

Boss said she was a smart girl.

Not smart enough cause she didn't even notice that I work in the same thing she does

She didn't even notice that I work in the mafia with her dads biggest rival

If I'm being honest I was scared to kidnapp one of the most powerful families daughter

But I got away with it

And boss is gonna be so happy.

We finally make it to the warehouse and I park at the side of the house

I turn off my car and go and grab Veronica

Surprisingly she's still knocked the fuck out

I open her door, grab her and carry her bridal style

"Ugh leave me alone" she mutters wrapping her arms around me and snuggling her head into my chest

If only she knew what was really going on

I walk up the stairs and I nod to the security guards opening the door for me

I walk into the back while looking around greeting security

I finally get to bosses office and knocked on bosses door

"Come in" a dark raspy voice yells

I opened the door the best I could and dragged myself in the room

I mean I was carrying a sleeping girl in my hands it was kinda hard

"There she is" he says while getting up out of his chair

"Where do you want her boss?" I ask

"Put her on the top floor where all the other prisoners are, cuff her and just leave her in there to roam"

"Alright will do, boss"

I close his door and start walking up the stairs

Once I get to the top floor I start walking to the main room

All the other prisoners up here stare at me and start to whistle at Veronica

"Leave her the fuck alone perverts. It's not like your getting out anytime soon to get any pussy" I yell at the prisoners

They all went quiet and I opened the main door.

I set her on the ground and grabbed some hand cuffs to cuff her

I cuffed her hands and put her in the corner of the room where there was less light

"May god bless you Veronica." I pause, "Cause once boss laid an eye on you, you were already a dead man walking"

Then I left her there

And started walking back down stairs.

I get downstairs and I start heading towards bosses office

I knock on the door and wait for a response

"Come in"

I opened the door and walked in

I sat in the chair right in front of him

"Boss"

"JJ"

I take a deep breath

"May I ask" I shuffle in my seat, "why do you want Veronica so bad?"

He chuckles

"Cause her Daddy made a mistake and lost me a shit tone of money" he pauses and leans back in his chair

"She's his price"
