Elle Miller.

I rubbed my forehead as I felt pain rush through my body.

Please don't tell me I'm getting a fever.

I looked for my tablets but there weren't any left.

I sighed.

I am too lazy to go out, that too in the middle of the night.

"It's a mild fever, who cares?"

I mumbled and shrugged, going back to sleep.

Next morning I woke up with immense pain in my body.

My body felt very hot when i touched it.

I gasped when i realised I have work today. I immediately looked at the clock. It was 9am!

"A-ah!"

I whimpered as tried to sit up. The bell started ringing. Oh no.. who is it?

I somehow mange to take the support of the walls and stood in front of the main door. I quickly fixed my hairs to open the door.

"Eric?"

"Elle i have been calling you like anything-"

His eyes widened as he looked at me.

I tilted my head confused but as i did i started feeling dizzy.

"Elle your face looks so red and pale.."

He whispered as he stepped inside the house.

He placed his hands on my shoulder worriedly that's when everything went black.

I heard someone speak in a stern voice.

"Make sure she eats these tablets on time or she won't recover."

Tablets? What the heck?

I squeezed my eyes shut and opened them but again closed as it was too bright.

Deep down i hoped i was not in the hospital cause those place are very scary. Heck, I have never been to hospitals and i don't plan on visiting them anytime soon.

I knew something was wrong with me. I opened my eyes as i tried to recollect whatever that happened.

Oh yes, Eric was home and I.. passed out.

"How are you feeling?"

Asked a man who was sitting next to the bed.

I guess he is a doctor.

"I.."

I started off.. but said nothing. I didn't felt like speaking.

"Yes?"
