An AU in which Kotoha didn't get to drop Inosuke off the cliff before Douma got to her. Instead Douma killed her but kept the child alive, turning him into a demon and making him heir to the Eternal Paradise Cult. Akaza and Douma are in an established relationship and adopt him. Kokushibo is Inosuke's God-Father. Muzan isn't happy about a demon baby but he keeps him alive because his upper three are so attached (he is too he just won't tell anyone)
It's called the EternalParadise!Inosuke AU
Ino was a very small baby when Kotoha booked it to the cult, barely a month old, he's about 3 months old now (but since he's a demon his size changes often, he's still getting a grip on the shape changing things)
