Chapter 62: Vincent & Eremes

Athena's pov

My phone has been ringing the past 20 minutes. Enzo's name pops up and I groan answering it. Isn't he on shift right now? "Ena come to the hospital" He says nervously like he's going to pass out. "Enzo what's wrong what happened?" I put the phone on speaker grabbing Luciano putting on his hoodie.

"I've been here for the past 12 hours with Bianca. She's about to push Ena. I don't know what to do." His voice cracks. "I'm on my way." I hung up taking Luciano with his small bookbag going to the tunnels. I sit on the cart telling the guard to drive quickly.

We get there in a record amount of time. I rush through the doors going to the second floor seeing Enzo pacing around the hallways. "Vincezno" I called out to him and he looked relieved to see mee. "Ena I don't know how to be a dad im scared" I sit him down in one of the chairs.

"Vincenzo it's a scary thing becoming a parent. You're a surgeon and a doctor. You help people with these things but experiencing it yourself is a whole new feeling. Bianca is an obgyn . She does these things on a daily basis but right now the roles have changed. Plus you're basically helping her give birth to your kid. Were all here to help you through everything"

"Alright Thank you Athena" He smiles going back into the room. I tell Lucky to get everyone to come down to the hospital. Luciano starts to fuss a little bit but I bounce him on my leg giving him some cartoons to watch. He shortly calms down after that resting his head on my back.

Enzo still hasn't come out of the room yet. It's a crazy feeling for Enzo , my best friend. I've known him since I came out of the womb and now he's having his first kid. Well I mean technically im having my third but still. He deserves it though. Him and Bianca gave up so much, including each other at one point. During high school they were already in college and med school. I wouldn't have been able to do it.

It just shows how sometimes waiting is the best thing to do. Maybe if they would have gotten together earlier then they wouldn't be where they are now. Thinking about it now Emma is due in a week. It's December 1st and Emma's due the 7th.

No one thought Leo would ever be this in love. He was the playboy billionaire everyone had sex with. He had no feelings for anyone but it changed the second he laid eyes on her. Mia was happy her twin finally found love. Leo never believed in it; he always said it was a word that people just threw around. "We're here" Adriano comes through the double doors everyone looks at him to quiet down. "Adriano were in a hospital not a backyard" Mia tells me he huffs

"People should know my presence. I'm the most important person here" Lucky sit's next to me Luciano gets extremely excited to see him. "Hey bud you missed me?" I hand him over seeing Luciano hug him tightly, getting comfortable.

After about 30 minutes Enzo comes out with the happiest expression on his face. "He's here, she's asking you guys to come inside." His voice is full of nothing but joy. Walking behind him in the room Bianca rocks her newborn with a smile that could make the world stay sunny for 50 years.

"Hey guys" She nonchalantly says, rubbing the baby's stomach. His hair hidden by a small blue hat, his body wrapped tightly in a blue blanket. "Meet Vincent Bianchi" She puts him towards us urging me to hold him. I take him to see his soft facial expressions.

Even with his eyes closed he looks like Enzo. "Why Vincent you could have put Leonardo" Leo groans sitting down on an empty chair. "Leo, Emma is supposed to give birth in a week, name your own kid Leonardo" Bianca tells him with a dumbfounded look.

"No his name is Eremes not Leonardo '' Emma says then her eyes widen realizing what she said. "Oh my god his name is going to be Eremes that's so cute" Mia gushes over new baby news. Vincent moves around a little bit and Enzo takes him smiling at his son.
