Peace

Ace's POV

Sitting here Listening to the waves crash into the ocean and looking at the stars is one of the most peaceful things in my life. The ocean is where I can get lost in thought. My safe place.

I knew somebody was behind me. They sat right next to me. They put their arms around me.

After a seconds they spoke "gotcha" he said. I huffed out a laugh.

"I let you get me" I said smiling. He laughed.
I missed him.
I rested my head on his shoulder while his arm rested on my waist.

We stayed like that for a couple minutes in very comfortable silence.

I stood up and take my shirt off dropping it to the ground. "What are you doing" he questioned "going for a swim" I said taking my pants off leaving me in just my bra and underwear

"Fuck" I heard him mutter

I walked to the water putting my foot in it testing the water. It was warm, it felt really nice. I walked farther out until the water was up to my thigh. When a wave was coming I dived right into it.
I swam out til the water was calm and the water reached my neck.
Not to long after his arms wrapped around my waist pulling me to his chest.

"God I've missed you" he said putting his head on my shoulder. I reached around and put my hand on his head. "It's been so long, do you know how many cold showers I had to take?"I laughed at that.
"It's not funny" he said laughing a little too.

I turned around facing him, looking at him in his eyes. He knows it's hard for me to talk about my feels. "It was so hard without you" I said looking down.

He put his finger under my chin and made me look at him " I'm here now and I'm not leaving ever again I promise"

I reached up and kissed him like my life depend on it. Ever kiss we share it's like fireworks are going off. Butterflies cloud my stomach. It's like everything is perfect in the world, no bad guys, no enemies, nothing.

Time skips..

Sitting in between Malcolm legs resting my back on his chest, talking about memories and life. I told him all about diamond, and caught him up on everything. We have been here so long the sun has started to come up.

"I have a race tomorrow" I told him

"Why do you seem sad about it, you love races" he turned a bit to look at me.

"I'm not"

"Then what is it"

"I'm just afraid of losing you again" I said with a tears coming out of my eye.

He grabbed my face with both of his hands and wiped my tears "Hey, what did I say I'm not going anywhere. I will always be here, I wasn't here before but now I am and I don't plan on ever leaving" if only he knew what I meant.

Time skips..

We ended up staying watching the sun rise and then went home. Once we got home it was about 8 am. Like always we found the boys in the kitchen.

"Where's the rest of the boys" I asked hugging both of them. After they hugged me they went and hugged Malcolm.

"Anthony is still up stairs sleeping and the rest of them had to leave too either work or school"
Jake said

"And diamond"  I asked

"Still sleeping" Jax said not looking me in the eye"

"She would of woke up 30 minutes ago. Why is she still asleep?" I raised my eyebrows at them. It went silent. Nobody move. Not a peep out of them. I raised my hand holding up 3 fingers. Put one down after a second, then putting another one down after a second.

"OKAY OKAY it was Jax's fault" Jake cracked

"DUDE" Jax yelled

"What it's the true" he shrugged

"Jax what did you do" I asked in a serious voices

He looked down " I might of woke Diamond up at 2 am and had an ice cream party" he said still not looking up

"And" Jake said. Jax cursed at him

"And then we played just dance for awhile" Jax said rocking back and forth on his heels.

"And" Jake said again. "Dude do you ever shut up" Jax said to him

"remember last time you didn't tell the full truth" Jake said shivering.

"And we might of made a fort and played games in it" he said still not looking at me.

"You did that without me man-" Malcolm stopped once he saw me looking at him.

"What did I tell you? You need to stop doing this when I'm gone. It's going to mess up diamonds sleep schedule" I looked at him then walked away. Last time he did that. I was up until 4 in the morning with diamond while he was sleeping like a baby.
