Dare's P.O.V."What? Is this your book?" I leaned back while skimming some pages. "Wow, you surely belong to the poor."
I laughed. Her eyes are flaming with fire and I know she badly wants it back but can't take it.
May teacher, at lahat kami ay may ginagawang seat work. Obviously, I'm on my seat and she is too. If she doesn't want a scene, she better stay where she is.
Nakakatawa ang libro niya, may tape. I have never seen such clever things like this.
I leaned forward to her back. She tilted down her head at the side. I whisper. "It's amazing kung paano mo nile-level ang mga bagay sa'yo. What, can't you afford a new one?"
"Wala kang pake. Akin na ang libro ko." Strongly she stated.
Oh, the nerd wants it back.
My corner lips curve upwards. Ang poor talaga niya. She'll be easy to manipulate. Money is all the answer.
With the book in my hand, I gaze at the curly headed girl. "You can't afford it, that's bad. Don't worry, I'll throw the trash for you."
"Hoy, ano—" She cuts off her own words due to its loudness.
Nabigla siya siguro. But since she doesn't want to gather some attention, she can't do anything. Tumayo ako at naglakad sa recycling box to drop the book inside it.
"Recycling? I'm a good person." Pinagpagan ko ang dalawa kong kamay.
Going back to my seat, I can see how she becomes uneasy sa pagtalikod. She's looking at me and to where I put her so-called book. She can't stand up 'cause who's student needs to? We're in the middle of a seat work, the teacher prohibits to do useless things.
I, on the other hand, did a good work.
"Anong ginawa mo?!" She lowly growled.
"I put it to where it belongs. To the recycle box." I grin widely.
Comfortably, I sat and relax. She only laser beams me with her demon eyes, and I sweetly return a smile.
"Ibalik mo."
"Bakit hindi mo kunin?" I challenge.
I almost laugh dahil sa pagdadabog niya sa desk. Patayo na sana siya when I grab her shoulders and pushes her down.
"Ask the janitors for the key. Recycling box needs to be open."
After I drop the bomb, I let her go. Her face crumbles hopelessly. She looked shock. Pale from the truth. She knows the keys can only be taken after the end of the class.
That's the purpose. She's new, hindi niya alam na magpapakita lang ang mga janitors dito when the school is closed. Good luck with that.
Her mouth is slightly open, eyes wide that say she can't believe what I just did. I winked.
"There's no flies here if you want to catch one."
She gulped first before checking the teacher. Her arms swing at the top of her chair's back, turning at me. She did make sure I can only see her madness.
"Anong sabi mo? Paano ako makakagawa ng—"
"That's your problem, not mine."
I pointed the teacher.
"Alright, class! Take your seat work and go on a group. Discuss your answers to each other and explain why. Choose the right answer for the group. The group who got the most correct answers will be exempted to the next quiz." He announces.
