140 - Bloodscape and Destiny Bond Fate Thread

The moment Cole appear at the top of the bloodsphere, his True Phoenix Flame purified the blood and create a massive hole, revealing the hidden person inside.

A expression of suprise could be seen at Darryl's face. The same as the other two team leader, he wields a Holy-Rank Weapon called the Demonic Vampire Sword. It has the ability to devour blood of the victim and store it inside it's internal space. Since it was a Holy Sword, it has an internal space that could contain a small ocean of blood inside.

Therefore, after many years of being used by another member of the sect, the Demonic Vampire Sword contains a ocean amount amount of blood. That is to say, it was almost endless.

This was the reason why the fire breath of Vermillion Phoenix can't destroy the bloodsphere as its ability to recover was much more faster than the damaged done. By the time Vermillion Phoenix rest for some minutes between her attacks, the bloodsphere mend itself to its best state.

Unfortunately, the speed of recovery can't beat the purifying effect of True Phoenix Flame! Furthermore, due to certian filtheness contain on the blood domain, his True Phoenix Flame got stimulated and deal as three times more powerful than its normal effect! And that should be at the least fifty times more powerful than Lady Scarlet's attack!

Cole didn't gave Darryl a chance to recover and immediately follow with his own attack!

"[Soul Mimicry], [Crescent Moon Slash]—" In just a second, Moon-Energy was released by Cole's body and form a crescent shape moon that scream with sharpness!

Since Cole thought that it will not be enough to kill the other party, he decided to add some another attributes in the attack... Poison!

"[Soul Mimicry], [Formless Poison Mist]!"

Not only attack look aesthetically pleasing, like the thin crescent moon in the nightsky, it also posses a terrifying power!

Unfortunately, it was casted by Cole who only have the base cultivation of Nascent Soul-Stage and not Pis-ces! Otherwise, it should be more powerful and lethal!

Unfortunately, the [Crescent Moon Slash] is a light-based attack. The Demonic Vampiric Sword managed to destroy and stop the middle part of the moon but the both end sided still managed inflict injury to Darryl.

If the attack deal physical damage, he could endure it and not make any sound. However, after the moon slash damaged his body, the Moon-Energy it contains enter his body and ravaged his soul too!

It deals a soul damage!

Caught off-guard, Darryl can't even raise his soul defense which makes him recieved the full brunt of soul attack! Even as a powerful warrior himself, who have a high physical pain resistance, soul damage was still something hard to endure.

With his current state, Darryl knew that he won't be able to fight his opponent with the best of his ability.

Left with no choice, he could only retreat from that place.
