"What do you mean Yoohyeon is sick?!" Bora shouted. Why didn't Yoohyeon tell her? She even found out about it from her own boss.

Yubin pulled Bora down from her seat. It was quite embarrassing because they were inside a restaurant and everyone looked at them. "Sit and calm down, Bora." Yubin got the bill while Bora was saying,

"How can I calm down?! It's Yoohyeon." Bora whisper-shouted towards Yubin's direction. Yoohyeon was the one who often got sick between the two of them so Bora often had mini heart attacks because of her. And the worst thing is, Yoohyeon doesn't tell her. That girl had a very fragile body and an even more fragile heart.

"She already went home, Bora. And Minji's with her so don't worry." Bora drank from the glass of water in front of her. She didn't mean to get pissed but,

"What's up with Minji anyway? Does she like Yoohyeon? Because based on Yoohyeon's stories and now this, it seems like she sees Yoohyeon more than an employee." Bora crossed her arms in front of her chest. Yubin shouldn't be the one she's confronting right now but she can't help but be the protective best friend she is to Yoohyeon.

"Look, Bora. Minji has a past and I can't tell anything because it's her story to tell. She's just scared."

"I understand that, Yubin. But she's hurting Yoohyeon in the process. One day, she's gonna act nice and sweet to Yoohyeon. Then she'll suddenly change 180 degrees and act strict. Sometimes, she even gets mad. I understand too that there's a line of work, but tell your friend to make sure to stick to one attitude. Tell her to treat Yoohyeon how she treated her other employees before. Yoohyeon doesn't need to be an exemption if she's scared to let her enter her own life." Bora stood up from her chair and gathered her things. Yubin stood up too and pulled Bora out of the building. The last thing that Yubin wants to happen is to disturb the people inside the restaurant.

Once in the parking lot, she pulled Bora in front of her. "You don't know what Minji has been through. You have no right to talk about her like that when you don't know even the slightest bit she's been through." Yubin said through her gritted teeth. It was the first time that Bora would see Yubin like this. They're just protecting the people they love but they ended up getting mad at each other.

"If Minji's hurt, if Minji's scared, then I respect that. But she should make sure to not drag Yoohyeon into this. She genuinely likes Minji, you know that. Aren't the drunk talks of Yoohyeon enough? Every time we're out together with her, all that comes out of Yoohyeon's lips is Minji's name. She's genuinely worried for her. She's hurt because of Minji."

"But Minji is traumatized, Bora. She genuinely too wants to change, to let Yoohyeon in. But her fears take over her. Minji hasn't told me straight up but I know she cares for Yoohyeon too. I know that she told Yoohyeon countless times that their relationship will be only for work. But I know my best friend, and you know yours. How they treat each other is not for co-workers. She doesn't mean to hurt her, Bora. And if she's brave enough, she would've admitted everything to Yoohyeon." The dancer sighed.

"But she's falling in love with her, Yubin. I just don't want her to get hurt in the end." Throughout the years that Bora has known Yoohyeon, the younger woman always got hurt in her relationships. Her past partners always regarded her as someone naive and stupid, but in reality, she's not. She's just blinded by her love for those people.

"I know, Bora. I can see it." And the ever kind-hearted person that she is, chose to forgive those people and forget the pain that they have caused her. However, Yubin's right, she doesn't have any right to say anything against Minji. And it's Yoohyeon's ultimate decision if she'll stay.
