During the days after the peace treaty signing between Tempest and Dwargon...

Information takes time to travel from one side of the world to another. Unlike Earth, it takes time to get a hold of someone and have multiple people gather in one place. Especially when those people are powerful figures with important matters to attend to. When information did reach the ears it needed to, it was only a matter of time before actions were taken and life-altering events occurred.

Demon Lords Carrion, Frey, and Milim were gathered in the Puppet Nation Jistav, ruled by fellow Demon Lord Clayman. He had sent word for them to gather at his domicile to discuss a matter of importance to them, excluding Frey who was there because Milim dragged her there. The four of them sat at a table in Clayman's sitting room.

Carrion gave a relaxed yet serious aura around him, complimenting his appearance. His hair was short, spiky, and blonde. His eyes were amber and his body was both large and tall, with loose clothing that covered it. Yet his status as the King of Beast Kingdom Eurazania had tempered him over the many years to know how to act in certain situations. Though he appeared to be an adult human man, he was a lion-type Beastman.

Milim could also be mistaken for a human, specifically a teenage girl. With pink tied in twin-tails, her choice of attire was questionable as she usually wears near-skimpy black underwear with a top that covered her arms more than her lower torso. However, she really didn't care about appearances, in fact, her personality was the most carefree, short-tempered, and childlike of all the Demon Lords.

Frey, who did not have an initial interest or knowledge as to what Milim was up to, appeared bothered being there, resting her head on her hand as she waited. She too is a ruler of a kingdom, Queen of the harpies, and titled [Queen of the Skies]. Her white hair made the blue of her eyes more noticeable. Additionally, the wings on her back and talon-feet spoke quieter than the revealing red dress she wore.

Then the host, Clayman, dressed as a nobleman in a white tuxedo with neatly combed, short pale lavender hair. His aura was a formal one, as his red eyes gazed as his fellow Demon Lords with a peer-ship. Underneath that clean and noble outside, was something far less noble and far more malice than what stood before them.

"Is this alright, Clayman?" Carrion asked in reference to Frey being there, it wasn't as though her knowing what they were doing changed much of anything.

"It is, if she wishes to know," With a snap of Clayman's fingers, four crystal balls appeared on the table, "There's been a setback in our plan. Please take a look at these."

The crystal balls glowed before replaying the scenes captured by Gelmud. "Who are these guys?" Milim asked while taking one of the crystals and watching with Fray and Carrion as F/N performed [Striking Tempest] before joining up with Rimuru.

Clayman explained with a planning grin, "This is a recording of the battle that took place in the Jura Forest against the Orc Lord. That one right there," Clayman pointed to F/N, "Claims to be a Dragonoid."

There was complete silence for a moment as Carrion and Fray waited for Milim's reaction. She was entirely captivated by it all. All of the interesting beings that were appearing that her ears deliberately ignored the statement made by Clayman. He went on to restate it to be sure she was listening.

"With Gelmud's death, there is no more information on these beings such as the self-proclaimed Dragonoid," He emphasized to get her attention, but Milim was glued to the ball, watching the battle over and over.

"If this Orc Lord had survived, I take it your plan was to make it into a Demon Lord," Fray spoke up, starting to see their plan. "If not, then there's someone able to rival the power of a Demon Lord. Either way, you wish to create a new one."

"That's right, Fray!" Milim finally listened, "You're quick to catch on!"

"Thanks, however, it appears your bold planning has forgotten the fact that the forest is protected by a number of peace treaties," Fray pointed out and looked to Clayman, knowing Milim wouldn't have thought about them.

He answered calmly, "The plan was thought of and done by Gelmud. We weren't directly interfering with the treaties, and therefore didn't break a rule."

There exist a treaty, a rule amongst Demon Lords, that the support of two other Demon Lords is needed to make a decision. Clayman was truly bothered by the loss of the Orc Lord, but the loss had brought this meeting where a potential third asset could be gained. A third Demon Lord to agree with his decision. There was just one problem was any plan Clayman had.

"I'm going to head over and see them for myself!" Milim declared, causing the other three to become nervous.

Carrion tried to remind of what was stated not a moment ago, "Didn't we just say that the Jura Forest is off-limits?"

Fray also tried to talk her down from going, "That's right, the other Demon Lords won't stay quiet about it if you invade without a word."

"What are you saying?" Milim asked as if the answer was obvious, "Why don't we just withdraw the peace treaties? We have four Demon Lords here. To begin with, that treaty was originally intended to make sure Veldora remained sealed, since the Storm Dragon is gone, we don't need it, right?"

The other three shifted their eyes at each other. The treaty was soon revoked. Clayman wrote up a letter informing the other Demon Lords that was signed by all present there. After the others were informed, the time to act would come, though Milim made a rule that taking action against each other is against the rules. After the others agreed she took off like the wind heading for the home of Rimuru and F/N.

An important note should be made clear: Milim "Destroyer" Nava is one of few beings at the rank of catastrophe. it would require all of the human nations in the world to work together in order to have the slightest chance at survival. As it stood, the strongest slime and weakened Dragonoid could not begin to understand the mind of a being that lived for as long as she has.

She wanted... to say hello.
