Lateef's party took place at a club that he and his brother rented out for the occasion. The venue was large and had flashing lights and loud afrobeats music. Lateef and his brother had been planning the party since last session and now, it was finally happening.

Jason had been feeling pretty down about the whole party situation. He took a long time getting ready and making his way to the club, but despite his efforts, he ended up being one of the first people to arrive. This only added to his frustration and he couldn't help but wonder why he was even bothering to go. He had no idea what he was expecting to get out of the party and it just seemed like a waste of time.

He stood there, feeling out of place and alone, he couldn't shake the feeling that his friends didn't really like him. He didn't have a girlfriend and he couldn't help but feel like he was just a loser at the party. All of these negative thoughts were swirling around in his head and he began to think that maybe he should have just stayed home.

Jason sat on the counter for a while, feeling a little bit awkward. Suddenly, Balikis, one of his classmates who had a crush on him, approached him and asked him to dance. Jason declined, saying "nahhh", trying to be as polite as possible. Balikis tried to persuade him to change his mind, but Jason stood firm in his decision.

Balikis decided to dance on her own, hoping that he would join her later. She started twerking by herself, but Jason didn't even look in her direction. When she tried to get closer to him, he just moved away, not wanting to lead her on. Balikis eventually stopped dancing, feeling a little embarrassed and not wanting to make a fool of herself.

Timi and Moyo walked into the club hand in hand, Jason felt a sharp pain in his chest and the air around him seemed to thin out. Everything suddenly felt like it had stopped, as if his heart had seized up, without making eye contact with Timi and Moyo, he quickly walked out of the club, feeling overwhelmed and unable to handle the sight of them together.

After Jason left, more people arrived at the party, including Stephanie, Zuriel, and Beamer. As they walked in, Beamer turned to Zuriel and asked, "Who are you here with?"

Zuriel responded with a sly smile, "My purse." With that, she walked off, leaving Beamer and Stephanie to themselves.

Timi wanted to try and patch things up with Jason, but he wasn't sure how to go about it. He was the one who had ended their relationship, after all, and he wasn't sure if Jason was even interested in being friends again. He still didn't want to pursue a romantic relationship with Jason and he just hoped that they could be strictly friends.

Timi wished that he could go back to being a kid again, when life seemed a little bit simpler. But even when he was a child, he had his own set of confusing experiences. He had discovered that he was gay at the age of 10 and it had been a difficult realization for him. At least, he didn't feel guilty about liking someone back then like he did now.

While Timi was lost in thought, Moyo had been dancing with him the entire time and trying to make out with him or at least get a kiss. It seemed like almost everyone in the club was already kissing and Moyo just wanted the same.

Timi couldn't avoid Moyo any longer so he forced himself to kiss her, she didn't want to stop, but Timi managed to withdraw, Moyo felt slightly embarrassed and wondered if she was the problem.

Chika was busy on his phone and not paying attention to the party, sitting at the lounge in the club. Lekan walked past him, he acted like he didn't see Chika, which didn't really surprise Chika. They weren't dating anyways, so he didn't really care. He was more focused on texting Tope to find out when she was coming.

Malik appeared and started dragging Chika onto the dance floor. "guy why are you sitting down? Come and twerk for me"

Chika looked around nervously, hoping that no one had heard Malik's comment.

"Are you shy?" Malik asks.

Chika tried to play it cool, saying calmly, "Stop it, girls are here" He was already feeling anxious about the situation.

Malik didn't listen " so? oya let me twerk for you." Malik went down on Chika and began rocking his crotch.

Chika started to get turned on but Malik didn't seem to notice. When he realized that no one was staring at them, he decided to just go with the flow.

"Your turn, come and twerk for me" Malik said, moving behind Chika. Chika didn't know what to do, he had never seen a boy move his hips like that before.

The song changed to a Nicki Minaj song that Chika liked and he suddenly felt a rush of energy. He began twerking for Malik, but he had his eyes closed and didn't realize that people were starting to stare at them.

Chika was actually really good at twerking and Malik grabbed the sides of his rear and started spanking him. To Malik, it was all just fun and games, he wasn't really moved by the twerking or the physical contact.

Lateef noticed that people were gathering and cheering for someone, and when he saw that his brother, Malik, was the one that Chika was twerking for, he got really angry.

"Malik!!" He shouted, trying to get his attention.

Chika stopped immediately, regretting his actions and feeling anxious with all of the eyes on him.

Malik followed his brother to a private room at the back.

"Are you gay? It's like that fag is turning you gay?" Lateef started.

"Stop he's not a fag, and I'm not gay, I'm just playing with him, I like the guy"

Lateef misunderstood the latter of  Malik's statement, which only served to infuriate him even more.

"Are you mad? You need beating you this boy" Lateef was furious and Malik hissed in response, causing Lateef to immediately try to raise his hands to hit Malik. Lekan stepped in and stopped him before anything physical could happen.

"Guy no, just leave him" Lekan holds Lateef back.

"...And he's telling me 'he likes the guy' I'd beat this boy oo, I don't care whether you're my brother, I'd beat you black and blue, that gay in you will stop" Lateef threatens Malik.

Finally, Tope arrived at the party with her date, Pascal, a light-skinned boy with a notable set of white teeth. Chika was relieved to see her and hoped that this would be a welcome distraction to take his mind off of the earlier incident.

"So pascal you're the one that asked my babe out before me?" Chika asked jokingly, Pascal and Tope laughed.

Zuriel interrupted their conversation and stretched out her purse, signaling that it was time to contribute.  They all reached into their pockets and placed their money into the purse. Tope paid triple, giving she was Zuriel's 'school daughter'.

"Pascal only 5h?" Zuriel asked, Pascal brought out one thousand naira note hoping to collect the five hundred naira back, but Zuriel said "no refunds" and collected everything.

Stephanie met them as soon as Zuriel left.

"How much did she collect from you guys?" Stephanie asked.

"Five K Five" Chika said.

"I thought they reported her" Pascal whispered to Tope but Stephanie overheard it.

"Who reported her?" Stephanie asked.

"Malik said someone reported her to Mrs Jeffrey" Pascal realized that he had made a mistake when he saw the looks that Tope and Chika gave him after Stephanie left. It was clear that he wasn't supposed to have said that

Unfortunately, the party was cut short due to the huge fight between Malik and Lateef. Zuriel was particularly unhappy about this development because she hadn't finished extorting money from the juniors yet.
