At 2 Matt got to my house and we walked over to the party. Once we arrived he introduced me to his friend.
"Hey Piper" Matt smiled
"Hey Matt" she smiled back
"This is my friend. Hope it's alright I bring her."
"No Yea that's alright! A plus one wouldn't hurt" she extended her hand "Piper"
"Y/N" I smiled shaking it. "There's beer in the kitchen on the left, and the hardcore stuff is on the right. There's going to be some games soon so you should stick around for that" she smiled
"Yea... sure" I akwardly smiled back. I slowly shuffled my feet to get closer to Matt. "Umm... I didn't know that there would be alcohol..."
"Oh- you don't drink?!?"
"No..." I admitted
"Shoot sorry. Umm... maybe they have soda? I'll go ask"
"Ok" I smiled watching Matt walk up to Piper. I turned back around to see Miguel and Tori. "Hey guys" I waved at them
"Hey Y/N" Miguel smiled.
"I didn't know you guys would be here..."
"Yea, moon invited us, didn't know you would be here" Tori said
"Yea, my skating partner invited me..."
"Who?" Miguel asked
"Matt.." As if on cue Matt stood beside me.
"Hey Y/N so they do have soda, it's in the fridge"
"Ok!" I grinned. "Oh! Matt. This is Miguel and Tori. They're my friends"
"Oh!" Matt smiled "nice to meet you guys"
"Nice to meet you too" Tori smiled
"Yea" Miguel said
"I'm gonna go with a few friends is it alright if I leave you with them?" Matt asked
"Yea no! Go ahead." I smiled
"Ok, see you in a bit" Matt grinned at me.
"Oh shoot the games are about to start. Wanna come Y/N?" Miguel asked
"Yea I'll be there but.." I turned to Tori "can I talk with you please... alone"
"Yea..." Tori said crossing her arms. Miguel slowly looked at both of us before walking out.
"Tori... do you... hate me?" I asked
"What- why would you think that?"
"We'll it's just- you've been kinda distant to me ever since my first day at the dojo and... I don't know"
"I dont It's... i get jealous you know... you and miguel seem to just- seem so close in so little time. We just started dating not that long ago and I really like him."
"What? Oh my god no! He's just a friend. I didn't know you felt that way"
"We'll Im not that much of an open person"
"Look, if you ever feel uncomfortable with how close I am with him just tell me. I'll dial it down... okay?"
"Okay" Tori smiled.
"Now let's go play some games!" I exclaimed grabbing Tori's hand. We both went out to the back where they started a game of beer pong. I was next to Miguel watching him play. They were doing solos. Miguel lost and he invited me to play the next turn as teams.
"It's my first time playing..." I awkwardly said holding the ball.
"That's fine! I suck anyway"
I lightly laughed before throwing the first ball. It bounced off the table and got in one of the cups. "OOOHHH" Miguel exclaimed holding both of my arms jumping up and down. On the other side of the table was Mitch and another Cobra Kai member.
