WOMAN: Get the chairs out of the way.
(MIRABEL GRUNTING)
Mirabel:Sorry. Excuse us.
PEPA: Dolores, can you hear if anyone is gonna be late?
Moana:Hello! Hi there!
ABUELA: Lift it higher. Higher.
CAMILO: Hey, nice job over there.
JOSÉ: Yeah, yeah.
Abuela:Camilo, we need another José.
Camilo:José! [shapshifts into José]
ABUELA: Luisa, the piano goes upstairs!
Luisa:I'm on it! Careful, sis! Hey, Moana!
Moana:Hi, Luisa!
[Nervous Pepa starts forming a tornado]
PEPA: My baby's night has to be perfect, and it's not perfect. And people are going to be coming!And nothing's ready!
Moana:Calm down mrs Pepa!
Félix:You're tornado-ing the flowers!The flowers!
Isabela:Did someone say flowers?
MAN: Isabela!
Moana:Wow! What a beautiful appearance.
(WOMAN LAUGHS)
FÉLIX: Our angel, our angel!
Isabela:Please don't clap.
Pepa:Thank you.
Isabela:Oh, it's nothing.
[Isabela whips her hair in Mirabel's face]
Isabela:A little sisterly advice, if you weren't always trying too hard, you wouldn't be in the way.
Mirabel:Actually, Isa, this is called helping.
And I'm not in the way. You are. (GRUNTS)
Moana:Are you okay, Mirabel?
Mirabel:Yeah.Can you help me with this?
Moana:Sure!
(GRUNTING)
Julieta:Whoa.
Mirabel:Excuse me.
Julieta:Mi vida, you okay? You don't have to overdo it.
Mirabel:I know, Mamá.I just wanna do my part like the rest of the family.
AGUSTÍN:She's right, amor.
Mirabel:Eesh.
Moana:Poor man.
AGUSTÍN:First Gift ceremony since yours.A lot of emotions.
Mirabel:Bee stings!
AGUSTÍN: And I've been there.
Julieta:Ay, Agustín.
AGUSTÍN:When me and your tío Félix married into the family, outsiders who had no Gift, never, ever would...surrounded by the exceptional, it was easy to feel un-ceptional.
Mirabel:Okay, Papi.
AGUSTÍN:I'm just saying, I get it.

Mirabel:Moana and I gotta put out the stuff.The house isn't gonna decorate itself.Sorry, you could. You look great.

(JULIETA SIGHS)
Moana:Hey, Mirabel I promised Camilo I'd help decorate.
Mirabel:Okay, see you later
FÉLIX: Ah, los musicos.
-You guys can set up over here.
ABUELA: Clean your rooms! I don't care how big they are.
TIPLE MAESTRO: Has anybody seen my tiple?
ABUELA: One hour!
(GASPS)
Oh! (GRUNTS) No, no, no!
Abuela:Maybe you should leave the decorations to someone else?
Mirabel:No, I actually made these as a surprise for you. Ooh!Ooh! (CHUCKLES)
Abuela:Mirabel, I know you want to help.But tonight must go perfectly.The whole town relies on our family, on our Gifts.So, the best way for some of us to help is to step aside.Let the rest of the family do what they do best.Okay?
Mirabel:Mm-hmm.
(WIND BLOWING)
Abuela:Pepa! You have a cloud!
Pepa:I know, Mamá! But now I can't find Antonio! What do you want from me?!
(THUNDER RUMBLES)
Julieta:Mamá, be nice to Mirabel, okay? You know tonight will be hard for her.
ABUELA: If the Gift ceremony doesn't go well this time, tonight will be hard for us all.
(MIRABEL SIGHS)
FÉLIX: Antonio!
(SIGHS DEEPLY) Mirabel:Everyone's looking for you.This present will self-destruct if you don't take it in three, two, one... Oh. (CHUCKLES)
[Antonio,who's under the bed, takes the present Mirabel made for him. Mirabel joins her little cousin who looked sad]
Mirabel:Nervous?You have nothing to worry about.
You're gonna get your Gift and open that door and it's gonna be the coolest ever.I know it.
Antonio:(WHISPERS) What if it doesn't work?
Mirabel:Well, in that impossible scenario, you'd stay here in the nursery with me and Moana.
(WHISPERS DRAMATICALLY) Forever.And we'd get you all to ourselves.
Antonio:I wish you could have a door.
Mirabel:You know what?You don't have to worry about me, 'cause I have an amazing family and an amazing house.And an amazing you.And seeing you get your special Gift and your door, that's gonna make me way more happy than anything.(SIGHS) But, alas, I am gonna miss having the world's best roomie.
[Mirabel gives Antonio his present, he opens it revealing a jaguar plushy]
Antonio:(GASPS)
Mirabel:(CHUCKLES) I know you're an animal guy and I made this so, when you move into your cool, new room, you always have something to snuggle with.
[Casita's floor shows a clock going off, meaning it was time for Antonio's Gift ceremony to begin]
Mirabel:All right, hombrecito, you ready?
(COLOMBIA, MI ENCANTO PLAYING)
Mirabel:Sorry, I got to get one more squeeze.
Antonio:(GIGGLING)
Mirabel:Okay, okay, we're going! Ow! Ow!
(MAN LAUGHS)
KIDS: (LAUGHING) Gracias!
(EXCITED LAUGHTER)
