Chapter 19

CATALIA'S POV:
It was currently 5:45am and I walked down stairs to the kitchen, I was still in pajamas and I started cooking breakfast. I was up early today as the Diamantes of the senior class - which are me and Luciano - have to go to the sister school of Royalhood University called Heir Academy.

It was a little farther away from Royalhood that's why I woke up early to drive there and be in time. We had to arrive there 1 hour early as we still had to familiarize the academy and we had to discuss something with both Headmasters of the Uni and Academy.

I was cooking french toast with bacon and eggs when I heard the front door open, I scrunched my eyebrows confused as during this time no one was still awake, and if there was they would still be in their room and wait for either me or Maddox to get them.

I turned off the stove and walked to the living room, I saw Blake, Blaze, Dylan and the rest of our eldest brothers sprawled on the couches looking exhausted.

"You guys look like you had one hell of a night." I said, they looking at me with surprise.

"You're up early Lia?" Shawn asked. I shrugged and walked back to the kitchen. I heard them following me to the kitchen and they sat down by the kitchen counter.

"Whatcha making?" Zoren asked while sitting on one of the stools as I opened the stove and continued cooking.

"French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. What some?" I asked as I looked at them as I had my back towards them.

"Yes please! I am starving!" Ashton said while rubbing his belly, I smiled at his childishness then went to the fridge to get more ingredients.

"I can tell, did something happen? You guys usually come home late at night and not early in the morning. You guys weren't even at dinner last night." I said as I cracked some eggs. I looked at them curiously for an answer.

They sighed tiredly before answering. "The British Mafia is causing some trouble, they were caught stealing armory from bigger gangs but managed to escape." Zoren said while massaging the bridge of his temple. I turned around to take another pan and placed it on the stove them put some oil.

"And it's not just one gang, they have been caught stealing from multiple gangs and not just that, they also killed the guards guarding the warehouses." Blake said. I poured the egg mix in the pan before answering.

"Why? They are a Mafia, surely they have more weapons than some gang, right? Why do they have to steal? What's the point?" I asked as I added more bacon of the pan and took out the ones that are already cooked.

"The point? The point is they want the people of Britain to fear them as they are  the British Mafia." Blaze said. I looked at them with a raised eyebrow before buttering the slices of bread.

"Let me guess, not all of Britain fear them, do they?" I asked as I flipped the eggs.

"Yes they don't, all of the gangs that they stole from are our alliances." Augusto said.

"As we are the Mafia that specializes on weapons, they stole the weapons that we traded with the gangs to use it for themselves." Shemaiah said with eyes closed.

"By the way, you still haven't told us why you're awake this early? You usually come down around 6:45." Rome asked. I took out a plate and transferred the cooked eggs there.

"Well I'm not going to the University today, as well as the rest of my fellow Diamantes cuz we have to go to the sister academy of the University today." I said as I turned off the stove that was cooking the bacon.
