i'll love you like the way the sun loves the sky, that no matter how bad it looks,
it's always there to support you
from the start of time,
i'll love you like the moon,
as it shines from behind
in the dark skies with stars aligned,
that even in darkness and mist,
you are my light, you are my escape,
that whenever i gaze into your moonlit eyes,
i stay and stare for a while,
and take a moment to calibrate everything,
so that i can deeply say to you that i love you, and as love is shown and love is told,
i'll love you in a way that is unimaginable,
i'll love you not in a way that's easy to me
but in a way that you understand,
in your love language,
and even if i don't understand,
i'll take the time to understand you,
to learn your habits, the good and the bad, the secrets that are hidden within,
and allow you to express
the way that you feel,
because the way you feel
affects the way i do and if that feeling
is not enough to fill your
cheeks with joy-packed blush,
then i haven't done enough to treat you
as the queen you truly are.
