It is filled with peploe that have super powers that become heroes or villains. Heroes are the perfection of human kind, they're sweet, courageous and do whatever they need to protect the people from the darkness of villainy .... is what the normal person would say
This worlds heroes cares for either three things fame, money or both. The Villain get the short end of the stick as they're just tools for the heroes to keep their careers by fighting and defeating them. But luckily for them, they get a little helping hand by Black Hat Org, an organization with the mission is to assist other villains to solve their heroic problems. They sell evil inventions and offer various services. The organization is led by the most terrifying creator of it's universe, Black Hat. He wears a black top hat with a maroon band along with a menagerie of other hats underneath, as well as donning a rimless monocle. He has somewhat dark grey skin, sharp, pointy teeth with a greenish tint, and a forked tongue. He wears a black trench coat with inner red lining, a light grey waistcoat, dark grey pants, a red dress shirt and a black tie. He also appears to wear dark grey gloves, and occasionally carries with him a black walking stick that he forms from his shadow. His shoes are black with white spats

He has incredible power and minions doing his work for him. One of his favourites to torture is the scientist Doctor Flugslys also know as Dr. Flug
He's somewhat a tall and quite lanky man, with legs that are unusually long compared to his body. He wears a brown paper bag over his head, and a pair of strap-on goggles. The goggles are thick because they help correct his terrible eyesight. He has a standard white lab coat and yellow gloves. He wears a royal blue shirt bearing a clip-art style drawing of a plane crash, light blue jeans, and red chucks

He's the organization's best and only scientist. He creates all the devices that the organization sells and is the one to give advice to new villains having problems. He is also a very good geneticist sence he created two very powerful beings... to some extent at least
One of those creations is a failed but propably the doctors favourite experiment. It is a large, sky-blue anthropomorphic bear. Its underside is a paler blue. It has a yellow, four-petaled flower on the top of its head. Its muzzle is tan colored and has a large black nose. Inside its mouth are fangs in the top row of the teeth. It has only has three toes and unsaturated lavender colored paws. It has circular eyes with white sclerae and black pupils. It is called experiment 505 or just 505
