Giyu goes to majority of your games so your fans know what he looks like. That being said, having privacy is a struggle. You have a private estate no one knows about so you two can chill there but besides that, your life is filled with having to wear wigs and weird makeup to conceal your appearance. It can get repetitive at times but Giyu sucks it up out of love. ( A bonus to this is that he also works out with you so he's built up a fair amount of muscle under his shirt- 👀✨ )

Obanai Iguro

Obanai loves you with all his heart ( Even if he won't admit that to your face ) but he will admit that at the beginning, he really ( really ) hated the fact you were famous. At first, your relationship was hidden but after a leaked picture of you two got out, suddenly all his privacy was gone. Everyone wanted to know about him. Things like how you two first met and what he looks like under his bandages were really popular questions and he couldn't go many places he used to be able to go because of this. Eventually though everything cooled down and he became accustomed to his new life with you. And, now that your relationship is out he can go to award shows instead of having to watch you on tv.

Mitsuri Kanroji

Even though you're well known in the manga community for your current manga project, you and Mitsuri don't have to deal with the invasion of your private life. Since you go under an alias and don't have any of your personal social medias linked to your manga stuff, no one knows what you look like or what your real name is. Because of this, you and Mitsuri can live a peaceful life. All she has to worry about is making sure you don't stay up til 5am to work on your manga.

Shinobu Kocho

When you first got into a relationship with Shinobu, you were just a small writer barely able to pay rent. But now, one of your books has one you multiple achievements and you've even gained a fanbase. There's not many recent pictures of you are out there ( and none of you and Shinobu together ) so your life is relatively peaceful. Occasionally you may run into a fan or two but usually situations like that are easily avoided since you don't show your face often.

Shinobu doesn't mind that your famous ( if anything she's proud of you ) but tends to be extra cautious in certain situations. She doesn't want you ( or her ) to get hurt by someone after all.

Sanemi Shinazugawa

Designer

Sanemi doesn't mind your fame much but sometimes, your career can get him more than a little mad. Obviously with you designing clothes ( and the whole fame thing ) there are going to be people who find your outfits hideous. He's even come across some people like that while going out with you. That being said, more times than not he has to hold his anger back. After all, it's not like he can harm someone just for saying your latest piece wasn't your best work ( no matter how much he wants to throw them into the nearest river ). Unless they physically try something he usually just sits there, fist tightening in his pockets as he listens to ( or reads comments online ) about how you have no taste in fashion and things along those lines.
