You see someone is working their ass off all day at work and you approach them and tell them to do something different while they have been doing their job. You want them to do it while they are busy! How do you expect them to react? Look at you all smiling? Hell, no! Any person will get irritated/annoyed as if they are just sitting there doing nothing. Are they the only ones working there? How about trying to ask the ones who are slacking off to do it!
