05Jul2021 When our Vietnamese landlord found out that I love Bitter Gourd (Ampalaya), his wife likes to give some stuffed Bitter Gourd to me. They are stuffed with ground pork and thin noodles.
So yummy! I dunno what they call this dish in Vietnam but I love it! I'm goint to eat it rice this time. I normally just eat it directly cos they are filling.
