21. 𝑴𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆

After school ended, the Cullens walk towards their cars while all the students look at them, including Bella who finds herself very busy looking at Edward and Juliette.

-Edward was never that kind with you in public. - Jessica says crossing her arms while leaning on Bella's old truck

-He didn't want to make me uncomfortable. - Bella says, not being completely sure

-Oh, really? He barely took your hand. Heven never hugged you or gave you a kiss on the cheek. - Jessica says, looking at the new couple which finds itself very busy giving each other affection, leaning on Edward's car

-Well... t-that's because...

-Oh, my God, Bella, stop making excuses. Edward didn't love you as much as he said, he was very cold with you. - Jessica says interrupting Bella

-Now with Juliette, they are barely here for a day and everyone in the school newspaper wants them to be in the cover. Besides, it's really cute how Edward always takes her hand, kisses her cheek, and every time he sees her, his eyes sparkle. It's like there wasn't a girl that more beautiful than Juliette in the world. - Angela says smiling lovingly while looking at the couple who's kissing, leaning on Edward's car

-Oh, please. As if they were the only couple in the whole school. - Bella says rolling her eyes and crossing her arms angrily

-Well, they're the only couple that shows they love each other without caring about what other say. Besides, Juliette's very beautiful and dresses amazingly - Jessica admits

Bella stays quiet, not knowing what to answer. She looks at the vampire couple that doesn't pay attention to anyone other than themselves. She feels a stitch in her chest by remembering Jessica's words. She was right, Edward never like that with her. He was always indifferent, he never looked at her like he looked at Juliette.

-Ok, Eddie, we have to go. - Juliette says smiling while Edward gives her small kisses

-Can't we just stay for a while more? - He asks without letting her waist go

-No, we have homework and I have to talk to Kate. - Edward makes a small pout which Juliette kisses tenderly - Come on, my love, we have to go. - She separates from him with the intention of entering the passengger's seat.

Edward stays their, shook by her words, processing what she just said. He approaches her quickly and prevents her from closing the door.

-What is it? - Juliette asks confused

-What did you say? - Edward asks smiling

-What? - She tilts her head to the side lightly, confused.

-What was the last thing you said? - Juliette looks at another direction for a moment, thinking on wat she could've said until giving Edward half a smile.

-That we have to go? - She asks innocently

-No, the other thing. - Edward says quicky

-Ok. - Juliette says smiling

-No, after that word. - Edward insists. The newborn shakes her head lightly before taking his neck, making him lean to reach her height.

-My love. - Juliette whispers. Edward smiles immediately and takes Julliette's cheeks to place a small kiss on her lips.

-Again, say it again. - Edward whispers without opening his eyes

-My love. - She whispers again - My love, we have to go home because your siblings are waiting for us. Let's go, my love. - Edward nods quickly, still smiling.

He leaves one last kiss on her lips before separating from her and close the door. Still smiling, he enters the driver's seat. Once they're both inside the car, Juliette looks at Edward during the whole journey to the Cullen household. During the whole journey, Edward asked her to repeat the cute nickname she gave him at school. They enter the living room with their hands interlocked, still smiling. But they stop suddenly by seeing Carlisle talking on the phone.

-Yeah, don't worry. - Juliette frowns after hearing Eleazar's voice on the other line of the phonecall.

Carlisle hungs up and looks back at the family which is waiting for an answer.

-What happened, Carlisle? - Alice asks

-Was it Eleazar? - Juliette asks, already knowing the answer

-He said they already went to revise te house, they almost found a notebook of yours. Apparently, your fiancé recognized your handwriting but Kate said it was her diary. - Edward lets out a small growl and rolls is eyes after hearing Carlisle mentioning Julliette's fiancé.

-Did they find something else? - She asks, taking a step towards Carlisle

-No. Apperantly, they believed that the Denalis were having a niece staying at their house given that they realised that the room you were staying in was already used. - Juliette nods, being a bit more calm by his words.

-Did they say something else? - She asks

-According to what they heard, the investigations are extending. Your father and fiancé really want to find you. - Carlisle says crossing his arms

-Don't even mention that guy, only my dad. I know they're both looking for me. - She says angrily

-Where are they searching? - Rosalie asks, sitting Emmett's lap

-They'll start searching in Canada. If they don't find anything, which is very probable, they'll start searching in Minnesota. - Juliette bites her lower lip, remembering her geography lessons.

-They'll arrive at Washington.- She whispers, looking at the Cullens

-They'll take at least six months. We'll know it by the news so you don't have to worry about anything. - Carlisle says, giving her half a smile

-We promised to take care of you and we'll do it. They won't find you Juliette. - Esme assures, calming down the newborn

Maybe Esme was wrong.

Problems are already coming but the lovebirds with enjoy their relationship for a few months before the problems.

THE BATMAN PREMIERES TOMORROW. I'M GONNA DIE.

Today it was my first day of school but we only did some fun things and we'll do the same tomorrow.
