NIYAKAP NI Silence mula sa likuran ang binatang kanina pa hindi maipinta ang mukha habang kumakain.

"Mir, don't be upset already." Lambing niya sa binata at hinalik-halikan niya ang pisngi nito pero hindi iyon nagpabago sa mood nito.

"Don't fucking blame Ellebear here," Kuya spoke, dumating ito mga ilang minuto matapos dumating si Mir at siyang may dala ng pagkain. "It's not her fault she has to pretend that she was the painter."

Yup, Mir is upset because he found out that she was the real painter of the painting he bought from Illinois. He just can't have enough of the fact that she's been at reach but took him years to see her because of her brother and sister.

"I'm not blaming her. I blaming you!" Mir snapped at her brother who just give his attention to Jinky Elle that is staring at Mir in astonishment.

"Ellebear, stop looking at him before I punch his face," Kuya warned.

Jinky Elle leered. "Tumigil ka grizzly bear. Walang masamang tumitig sa mas gwapo sayo."

"What the fuck, Ellebear?!" Kuya glower infuriated.

"Huh! Take that!" Mir smugly taunted. Gone was his frown and is now grinning at his brother that is glaring.

Pinitik niya ang pisngi ng binata.

"Don't be arrogant now, Mir. I saw more handsome guys than you."

Silence kissed Mirrow's jaw that thicked and hardened from visible anger from what she said.

"Don't say that," he said and glared at her. "Sit here, you should eat." Tinapik nito ang katabing upuan.

"But you are still the nicest." Silence winked and sat on his lap instead of the chair beside him.

Tinignan ni Silence ang kapatid niyang nasa cellphone na ang atensyon nang tumunog iyon.

"So, kuya, have you told Mom and Dad I already have a boyfriend?"

"Husband, sweetheart." Pagtatama sa kanya ni Mir na binalewala niya.

But her brother was pissed about Mir's claim.

"You shut up, Mir. My sister is not marrying in the next decade," anito.  habang sinasamaan ng tingin si Mir matapos ibaba ang cellphone.

"Ay, grabe, grizzly bear. Ano naman gusto mong mangyari diyan sa kapatid mo?" Jinky Elle butted in. "Ikaw kaya hindi mag-asawa sa sunod na isang dekada baka umiyak ka."

"We're like husband and wife already. I don't have to worry about that," ani kuya.

Umikot ang mata ni Jinky Elle saka tinignan siya. "Ang feeling talaga nitong kuya mo, bhe. Advance masyado, sarap lang lampahin."

Tumawa lang siya sa tinuran ng kaibigan niya saka tinanggap ang pagkain na sinubo sa kanya ni Mir.

Ang kapatid niya naman at si Jinky Elle ay panay bangayan. L doesn't want to be fed by her brother and it doesn't sit well with kuya Tyrone.

Matapos kumain ay si Mir ang naghugas ng pinagkainan nila katulong si kuya.

Samantalang sila ni Jinky Elle ay naghanap ng pwedeng panoorin sa Stream, a subscription streaming service and production company, at hinanda ang pagkain at inumin para sa kanilang apat.

They planned to spend a night watching. It was hers and L's plan but kuya and Mir wanted to join.

"Sweetheart, how's the painting you were selling?" Mir asked when they were already settled in, caressing her thigh as she snuggles to him.

"One has been sold and I will deliver another one to display in the art gallery." Lumingon siya sa kapatid niyang nasa tabi niya. "Kuya, can you turn the aircon down a little bit. It's cold," she complained.
