Chapter thirty five: "homework"

Y/n's POV:
I was walking back to the common room at the end of the day to meet up with my friends

"Hello y/n."
"Oh hey Luna. Where are you headed?" I ask the pretty blonde.
"It's a secret." She said in her high pitched voice
"Oh come on you can trust me." I say
"Hmm fine. But you have to promise me you won't tell anyone." She said
"I promise." I say smiling
"Ok. Harry is forming an army to fight against 'You know who' so we're meeting in secret to practice spells" she said surprising me a little
"Oh wow.. well uh good luck with that." I say
"thank you" and with that she skips off

When I get to the common room i see Matteo sitting on the couch talking to the rest of the friend group

"Hey"
"Hey"
"Hi"
"Hey"
"Hello"

Some random girl was sitting on Theos lap, probably a new girlfriend of his

I sit down next to Matteo and he pulls me onto his lap, he usually does this so it's nothing new. I shrug it off and start talking with everyone

"Oh by the way where's Tom?" I ask

"No idea"

"Oh ok" i haven't seen him in a while I wonder where he is

*Time skip*
"Alright Im going to bed I have uh.. a lot of homework to do" Draco said getting up (it was about 12 am by then)
"Oh I didn't know Harry changed his name" I mutter under my breath
"What?" Draco asks
"Nothing."

"Alright well I'm going back to her room" Theo said pointing at the girl on his lap

We all started getting up and heading to our dorms

"Hey y/n?" Pansy whispers
"Hm?" I hum getting up
"Can I have the dorm to myself tonight? and would you mind if Blaise stayed with me?"  she whispered
"Ooooo" I tease
"Shut up." she nudged me "so yes or no?"
"Yeah it's fine by me.. just make sure to use a silencing charm" I giggle
"Oh my gosh shut up" she got up and went with Blaise to our dorm
"Oh and make sure to use protection!" I shout after her laughing and the other people in the common room look at me
She flips me off without looking back and I continue to laugh

"So.." Matteo slips his arms around my waist from behind and I put my head back on his shoulder
"do you need a place to sleep tonight?" He asks, and I smile
"Maybe"
"Good, because I happened to have an extra bed in my dorm tonight"
"Do you now?"
He nods
"Well I'm not sure what you want me to do about that."

He smiles unwrapping his arms from my waist and grabs my hand, he pulls me to his dorm

3rd person POV:

Matteo closes the door and pins y/n against it pressing his lips softly against hers, both of them smiling in between kisses

"Alright princess," he pulls away slightly "let's get to bed" he says

"Ok but I don't have anything to change into, can I borrow something of yours?" Y/n asks

"Of course darling"

They go and get ready for bed and get into Matteo bed

Matteo holds y/n's head close to his chest and y/n raps her hands around his waist

"Matteo?" Y/n says quietly

"Hm?" He hums

"Well, earlier today I was talking to Luna and she said something that- you know, never mind"

"No tell me"

"No no it's not really important"

"Are you sure?" He asks

"Positive."

*time skip*
Matteo's POV:

I woke up first to see y/n peacefully sleeping

God, she looked so gorgeous in the little bits of sunlight that were shining through my curtains

"You're starring." She says smiling, snapping me out of my trance

"I'm admiring" I smile back and she opens her eyes

"Sure you are" she teases starting to get out of bed

"Hey get back here" I say grabbing her by her by the waist playfully and pulling her back in bed making her giggle

"Stop" she laughs and I kiss her "alright now we really have to get ready if we don't want to miss breakfast" she says getting out of bed and gets on her school clothes

"Ok" I say and I do the same

*time skip again*
Y/n's POV:

Me and Matteo walked to breakfast and saw pansy, Blaise, and Theo all sitting

Theo had a different random girl on his lap this morning "wow I'm surprised, they usually last at least 48 hours" I mutter under my breath and Matteo laughed knowing exactly what I was talking about

We go sit down next to our friends and a few minutes later Draco came into the great hall

When he sits down I look at him and burst out laughing while everyone else sits there holding in there laughter

"What are you laughing at?" He asks

"Y- you're wearing a Gryffindor tie" I say through laughs

"What?" He looks down at his tie and sees a clearly Gryffindor tie

He looks back up at a certain Harry Potter who was looking at him the same way but he was holding a Slytherin tie which made me laugh even harder

"Sooo Harry did change his name then" I say And Draco shoots me a glare

"I'll uh.. be right back" he says getting up, ironically Harry got up as well
