soojin smoothened her blazer and released a breath she felt like she'd been holding forever. her official third board was over and she was ready to leave. the staff seemed impressed with the amount of content she managed to memorize in such a short period of time, and for that she was grateful. it meant she had potential.
rounding a corner with her files in hand, soojin's gaze landed on the familiar glasses lady from before, whom she learned was named yewon, and smiled.
"good afternoon!" yewon greeted with an expression matching the younger's. "i was instructed to show you around the building if you can spare a few minutes."
nodding, soojin allowed the woman to lead her around the top floor. this wasn't the building she worked at, no, this was their corporate building—where all the big jobs were.
honestly, the ravenette didn't pay much mind, nodding only when yewon looked at her. "oh! and here is the intern corner," she smiled before pushing a large glass door open and drawing several curious glances.
a boy with pretty brown hair stood from his seat, eyes pinching lightly as he beamed. "yewon! did you bring us snacks again?"
yewon scoffed as she shook her head, but the sound soon turned into laughter. "not this time, sungchan. i'm showing donna's daughter around."
"donna's daughter..?" instantly, all five interns shot up from their seats and bowed in respect. soojin's eyes widened, waving her hands in flustered distress to get them to cut the formalities. "no need for that, jesus. you guys don't look much younger than me, okay, let's just... keep it casual?"
"yes ma'am!"
