Chapter 21

Mallory's POV

"Hannah! come on!" I yelled from the kitchen

"I don't want to go!" Hannah whined from upstairs

I sighed and walked away from the counter where I was slicing fruits. I walked upstairs and went to my room.

"Hann-" I stopped when I realized she wasn't in my room. So, I walked across my room to dads and opened up the door.

I could see her foot sticking out from under Conor's bed. I laughed and pulled her out.
She screamed and I laughed.

"Come on, we gotta go soon" I said picking her up

"I hate the doctors. Last time, they stabbed me" she said

"They gave you a shot. It's to help you though so you don't get sick" I said

"Well we should go to the police station because I don't think their aloud to stab kids with medicine. Kids take the liquid medicine" she said

I laughed and looked down at dad.

"We're you in here when you were whining ?" I asked

She nodded

"Of course Conor would sleep through it" I laughed and walked out of his room.

Him and Sarah are having problems, so Sarah has been staying at her house and dad just sleeps all day.

Shawn went back on tour last week and it finished next month and he promised he would be back soon. Max on the other hand, I'm not sure how he's doing. He's always too busy to talk and when he's free, I'm usually busy. It just hasn't been the greatest. He said he would visit every month, but who knows if he'll come at the end of this month. At least I got Hannah.

Hannah was already ready and I all I did was get her, her jean jacket and we went downstairs. I went back to the kitchen to continue slicing fruits for me and Hannah, but they were gone.

"Who the hell took my fruit?" I asked no one in particular

"Language, we got a kid in the house" I heard someone say

I walked to the living room and saw Kian sitting on the couch with a bowl of fruits.

"Kian, were those fruits on the counter?" I asked

"Mhmm" he said not taking his eye off the tv

I walked up behind the chair and reclined it all the way back. He got scared and jumped up causing the fruits to scatter all over him while he fell back on the chair.

I laughed so hard that I was clutching on to my stomach.

"What was that for!" He exclaimed

"Teaching you a lesson not to take my fruits" I said

"Yeah cause 'please don't eat my fruit next time kiki' is so hard to say" he said making a sassy face

"Don't get salty that I got you back kiki" I said laughing and getting Hannah who was sitting on the step trying to tie her shoe

"Looks like we're gonna have to eat after the doctors" I said

I helped her tie her shoe and we went out the door. We went to my car which I recently got, nothing fancy, and I strapped Hannah in her car seat. I got to the drivers seat and set my purse on the passengers seat.

"Ready ?" I asked

"No" she said

"You forgot something?" I asked
