Sorry it's been a while but I've been on holiday and couldn't get any internet access where I was staying but now I'm back I quickly wrote this chapter. Hope it's not too awful, sorry.

"Karen." I felt someone say and they shook me gently. "Karen!"
My eyes fluttered open and I looked straight up into Tom Riddle's dark eyes.
"You-you t-tried to... Get away from me!" I coughed weakly.
Tom shook his head at me and smirked like he was hiding a funny secret he was dying to tell me. Well whatever he just force fed me burned my throat like bloody murder.
"Jabberknoll..." I mumered looking up, slowly at Tom as I had an epiphany. The potion wasn't a poison. It wasn't anything that could harm me unless made incorrectly.
"Hmm?" Tom said, watching the moon dully glow from afar.
Jabberknoll had a very distinct flavour. It was expensive and wasn't easy to get either. I think- or at least using my non existence expertise- that what he gave me was a memory potion.
"Welcome back, Karen." His signature smirk still etched on his face as he turned his head back to me. "You only needed to trust me."
"What reason have you given me to ever trust you with anything?" I rolled my eyes in annoyance.
"You were the one willing to kiss me." He narrowed his eyes devilishly.
I clenched my fists angrily. "That wasn't me!" I stated, pursing my lips. "W-well she was... I mean is! Not me, me... You k-"
"I know what you mean? No, not really." Tom shrugged, getting into a crouching position above me.
"But why didn't you bloody tell me what you were doing? I would have agreed to getting my damn memory back!" I yelled, slapping his upper arm as hard as I could but he didn't even acknowledge it. Was I really that weak? Geez, he's made of stone or something.
"What, no thank you?"
I snorted and turned my head away.
Tom is selfish. He wouldn't just help anyone with no benefit for himself. Tom likes to know things- he likes information but what would Tom possibly want from me? Frick...
"You didn't!" I snapped my head back towards him and raised my back slightly off the ground as Tom seemed to be forbidding me to move anywhere else. "Tell me you didn't!"
"Fine, I didn't." Tom exhaled smoothly. "What are you talking about?"
"You looked into my mind while I was asleep!" I shouted. "How could you?"
Tom grinned at me darkly, showing off his pearly whites. "I wanted to know what you were hiding. The only way I could do that is if you had your memory back and your guard down."
I huffed. "And what did you find?"
Tom's expression quickly turned into a more solemn one but he still had the wicked glint in his eyes. "I saw you talking to another Dumbledore- a much older one... But how could that be? I could hear nothing of your conversation but you spoke of a boy. One you called Harry Potter. You also spoke of mine. How can this be?"
My clammy hand went to my forehead and my vision was covered by black dots. "No..." I whispered. "No, no, no, no."
With the terror and adrenalin I pushed Tom onto the ground and ran for it. I didn't know where I was going but I couldn't stay here with him.
"Karen! I heard him call after me but I didn't turn back.
I couldn't recall the number of times I fell, tripped and stumbled but there were a lot. The trees were determined to keep me from ever leaving the forest. I had dirt all through my hair and clothes when I finally came to a clearing.
I bent down and rested my hands on my thighs while breathing in and out heavily. Where was I? I looked around but all that seemed to be around me were more and more trees.
I heard a growl from in front of me and I looked up to find a shaggy figure, covered in shaggy fur, it's eyes roaming my body. Me being the next victim.
