Kennedy parked her car- she'd just got off of work since 6pm last night. After she got off work she dropped Karter some breakfast from McDonald's. She knew he never ate the daycares breakfast
As she entered their house she cut the lights on since it was pitch black. She put her keys on the key rack and made her way upstairs to their bedroom
She walked into the room and seen kain up counting money. He looked at her and turned his attention back towards his money
She put her purse down and grabbed her some sweatpants and a long sleeve T-shirt. She stayed in the shower the longest as possible before she decided to get out.
She put her clothes on and brushed her teeth not forgetting to wash her face. And exited the bathroom
They sat in silence for about 5 minutes until she decided to speak, "I'm sorry...I'm sorry for whatever I did for you not wanting to talk to me..." she spoke up
He shrugged, " its coo."
She sighed. Not wanting to go any further with the conversation she got under the covers and grabbed her MacBook so she could catch up on her assignments
"Kennedy, I honestly believe we just need to take some time apart from one another. We getting extremely toxic and it ain't good- at all. And the last thing I wanna do is stay in a toxic relationship" he spoke making her look up quick

"Kain..." Her worst nightmare was appearing. She'd gotten attached and now he was leaving her. "Kennedy... at least a month or so. We needa fix this before it's too late"
"That means we are living in separate houses until we finished with our "break"?" She asked. He nodded, "yeah"
She nodded her head pulling the covers over her body so she could go to sleep.
"Kennedy" he tapped her trying to pull the covers off her
"Kennedy"
"What!?"
"You crying and shit but you not getting the point. I'm not bringing my child into a house with toxic parents so either we fix it now or just co-parent" he explained
"I do get the point! Jus-just forget about it." She said pulling the covers off her going over to the closet taking a pair of sweats off the hanger and putting them on
Kain grabbed his keys and made his way out "Fuck you" Kennedy said making sure it was loud and clear for him to hear
She grabbed her wallet and keys cutting off the lamp on the nightstand. She put her Kappa slides on and walked out

"Maybe I need help.... Maybe therapy...." She thought out loud starting her Audi A4

She parked her car and turned it off grabbing her large caramel frappe getting out the car. Walking up to the steps she knocked on the door and twisted the knob once she heard come in
She walked and and seen Aasani, loyal, Karter, Saneri sitting on the couch
"Heyyy" Kennedy spoke hugging each one of them
"KENNY!" Karter jumped off the sofa hugging her. Kennedy smiled hugging him tightly since it's been a while "hey munchyyy!"
"Bitchhh you look bad! Your hair needs to be done asap!" Aasani covered her mouth
"I know, I know" Kennedy chuckled letting Aasani take her hair out of the messy bun it's been in for the past week or 2
"Now you know better! How you want your nails babe?" Saneri asked putting on cocomelon so the kids could stay quiet
"It doesn't matter I just want them short"
"I love y'all, y'all always take care of me," Kennedy pouted. "Girl that's what we are here for, how you been?" Aasani asked
"I've been good, what about y'all?" She asked.
"Good girl, but you ain't been talking to us so you missed out on a lot of things"
"I'm sorry y'all I just been working doubles and sleeping. I won't do it again I pinky promise" Kennedy frowned
"It's okay boo but let us fill you in. Me and Shawn are currently being stubborn as hell. We're arguing about him pputting his hands on Apryl when they were together. OH AND! Tell me why I'm just finding out that SANERI and MARCUS are officially in a relationship"
"I would've never know if Karter didn't tell me. I'm very disappointed that I'm just now finding out" Aasani rolled her eyes at Saneri as she detangled Kennedy's hair
"Aasani please don't go all out on my hair. I'm not going anywhere besides work and home"
"What time you go to work tonight?" " six tonite"
"I hope you stop working once you're 8 months. It's time to go on maternity leave boo" Saneri said applying a clear coat of nail polish on top of the acrylic
"Thank y'all for hooking me up, how much I owe y'all?" She asked
" a plate of that baked spaghetti with cheese on top and that broccoli and cheese casserole"
"Some good ole food"
Kennedy laughed at them " okay I got y'all soon"
She got up from the chair and did a long stretch for about four minutes
