Chapter 15. Duelling

Nobody's POV

"Uh... Ron, Harry, I think..." Hermione gasped and pointed behind them. The boys and Luna swivelled around just to see Ginny kissing Malfoy on the cheek. Both seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves.

"[Ron's Favourite Phrase]" Ron mumbled and staggered backwards. Hermione caught him.

"Wow, someone's desperate!" Harry laughed.

"Just trying to get you jealous, mate." Ron laughed.

"I've got the perfect girl." Harry smiled proudly, lifting Luna up in the air. She smiled.

DADA

Harry's POV

"Stupefy!" Luna shouted, brandishing her wand at me.

"Reducto!" Ginny bellowed, pointing her wand at a dummy.

I fell to the floor while the dummy was blasted into smithereens.

"Rennervate." Luna murmured. I woke up.

"Duelling." Professor Mcgoncgall gestured for us to go in pairs. I picked Luna.

"Three, two, one."

"Petrificus Totalus!" Luna cried.

"Im-argh!" I froze stiff.

"Finite." Luna smirked teasingly.

I leapt up and tackled her.

Suddenly, Ginny's wand slashed the air.

"Languidus!" She screamed.

Luna collapsed onto the ground.

"LUNA!" I bellowed. "GINNY, WHAT WAS THAT?"

Ginny just stared at the unconscious Luna.

"Miss Weasley!" Mcgoncgall yelled. "What are you doing?"

"Oops! Sorry Harry, sorry Professor." Ginny quickly undid the spell.

"Ugh...Harry..." Luna groaned.

"What in the world was that, Ginny?" I yelled.

Ginny looked down, but I spotted a shadow of a smirk on her face.
