"Remus? Remus!"Sirius called as he walked into the shrieking shack,seeing a recently returned to him an form Remus slumped on the floor against the wall. He sat down next to him, smiling softly at him "There's my love"He said kissing his cheek "Are you alright?" He asked softly,to which Remus moaned in response "I'll help you to the hospital wing,it's after curfew no one will see us" He told him,comforting an obviously miserable Remus. "Drink this, love"He told him holding a small cup to Remus's lips, it was a painkiller solution Madam Pomfrey gave him for Remus. He quickly got them to the hospital wing, all but carrying Remus as they went around the back way. "Poppy!" Sirius called as he walked in,laying Remus gently on the bed. Madam Pomfrey walked over, getting Remus's vitals. "Mr.Black,are you sure you want to stay while I treat Mr.Lupin?" And before Sirius could speak up Remus said "Sirius,it's rotten work" in a pained and tired voice. "No. Nothings rotten work with you Rem." He said sweetly,taking Remus's hand while Poppy treated his wounds.
*The Next Morning*
"Morning"Sirius smiled groggily when Remus woke up,making Remus smile. "Poppy said I can take you back to our dorm when you wake up" He told him,Remus frowned and nodded. "Alright, let's go"He said getting up. He was obviously upset, the corners of his mouth were twitching, which Sirius noticed at the tell-tale sign that Remus was upset. "Remus what's the matter?"He asked holding his arm gently. Remus remained silent for a moment before tears ran down his face. "You love me. You love me and I'm just a monster"He said before his voice broke into sobs. Sirius pulled him into a hug, Remus's head resting on his chest. "You are smart,and you are sweet and you are kind and you are mischievous, hell you even fold your socks. But you,Remus John Lupin are not a monster" He whispered to him. "You could never be a monster." Remus calmed a little, but said "James is never gonna want to see me again" He sobbed. Sirius smiled softly "I think the fact that he's been waiting at the door to the hospital wing proves differently. Sirius kissed the healed scar on Remus's forehead "Let's go,Lupin"He smiled at Remus, earning him a smile back as they walked.
