Jean's pov:

I enter Angel's share around 10:00pm i took a seat to see Diluc cleaning glasses behind the counter.

Jean: Still working this late?

Diluc: I would ask the same.

Jean: i'll have a glass of apple cider please. 

Diluc: Sure

it was a bit awkward but Diluc closed the tavern for the night and sat with Jean

Diluc: It's been awhile since we've had a private moment..

Jean: wh-what do you mean by that..

very quite..

Diluc: Can i get you a bottle of wine for us?

Jean: You drinking? You drank fire water than passed out for 3 days.

Diluc: Its fine. i haven't drink in like 1- or 2 years im a bartender afterall.

Diluc: Here let me pour you some

Jean: Thanks, Mmmh excellent quality

They drank 3 glasses each and had some adult talk. Diluc gor extremely drunk though. 

Diluc: *hic* ugh i hate *hic* wine-

Jean: i told you. oh its 1:30am you want me to walk you home? 

Diluc: ng-h -ah j-ean *hic* its fine- i'll go home i-n t-the morning

He passed out.

Jean: Diluc-

I gazed his face while he was sleeping- he was quite handsome-

Jean: Diluc? im going to go home now- i'm sorry leaving you alone.

6:00pm Diluc'c pov:

Diluc: Oh no- i drank too much ugh, Oh theres a letter from Jean?

Im sorry Diluc i had to go to work i went home at 1am last night. Thank you for the talk and the wine! Can you meet me at windrise tonight? Goodbye <3

Diluc: theres a heart? what im overthinking this-? And is that- does she mean a date with me tonight? wh-what!? i hae to stop- im going to go home i guess?

Charles: Sir? got drunk? thats rare-

Diluc: ah yes, im going to go home now. oh charles, if Venti is here tell him that he's only allowed one more bottle.

Charles: Understood.

Diluc: i'll take my leave.

He walked home to be greeted by Adeline

Adeline: Welcome home sir, 

Diluc: Thank you Adeline,

Adeline: A bath is prepared for you, breakfast is being made. Come inside

Diluc: Thank you,

He finished showering and ate, 

Diluc: Adeline im going somewhere tonight and Klee is going to be arriving soon, 

Adeline: Poor girl has no one to take care of her. What time will you be going?

Diluc: Maybe 6pm until 10pm

Adeline: Understood sir,

Diluc: i'm going to work now, i'll be in my office.

Diluc: I can't stop thinking about it- i don't get it mean
