Staying true to her word, Bella called Ada later that night.

They had light conversation, spoke of the rest of their day. Which for Bella didn't consist of much, unpacking, bathing and cleaning the house.

"So..Bella are you really coming to the wedding?" Ada asked during their conversation

Bella sighed softly, "I am. Tommy wants me there, so I'll be there."

"But do you want to be there?"

"Umm yeah I guess I do. It's a wedding, it'll be fun...plus I'll have you and Your brothers there to entertain me!" She exclaimed with false happiness

Ada was silent for a moment, "I know how you feel about my brother Bell, if you don't want to be there I'm sure he'll understand."

"No. I'll be there no matter what Ada"

Scoffing "alright. So I'll put you on Arthur duty. He's the best man, can't wait to see how his speech turns out"

Chuckling "oh I'm sure he'll do fine Ada"

"Oh Bella, You've never seen Arthur give a speech before"

"Well I'll be rooting for him!"

The two girls laughed at this and chatted for a few more minutes before bidding each other a good night.

Tommy's night consisted of work. He spent some time with Charlie and listened to Grace as she talked about the wedding, which is in three weeks.

But once the two retired to bed, he went straight into his office. He knew he wouldn't be able to sleep.

He had all the mail and notices brought to his house from the Digbeth office, knowing this was how he would spend his night.

So here he sat riffling through the papers and messages. Nothing that important, until one caught his eye.

The letter was from a man named Anton Kaledin, sent from Russia.

Carefully opening the letter, he took it out and started reading its contents.

Inside he read that this man had business he wants to discuss. Offering a great deal of money in exchange for help with military weaponry.
At the bottom, their was a code name to be given in order to meet with Duchess Tatiana Petrovna for more information.
There wasn't exactly room for reply, and the letter told Tommy that they would make contact soon...

After reading through the letter a few times, he threw it onto his desk and leaned back.
Fuck
Tommy knew about the civil war going on in Russia. Between the communists and capitalists.
But by what he just read he could gain a whole lot from it.
This can be a very danger field to enter, but it can also be very rewarding.

And why stay in place when you can move up?

The Peaky Blinders we're about to get involved in new business opportunities.

Tommy was at the office early the next day. With the new information he received there was no time to waste.

As for Bella, who had taken to getting a ride in everyday with Lizzie. Tommy's offer of driving her still stood, but she said it just made more sense for her to get a ride with Lizzie rather than him come all the way to Small Heath to get her.

So as the two women came into the office, they weren't surprised to see that Tommy was already far into his work.

Thanking Lizzie again for the ride, she went over to the office door and knocked on it.
