Previously we saw that a new life had begun for Issei with several changes with the first being as Raynare his girlfriend, Sona Sitri had become his fiancée, Chara his younger sister and his complete stopping of his perversion. Issei then went to school were he recieved two shocks of his life: Katase and Murayama apologizing resulting in them becoming good friends given that the former two beating up Issei due to him being a pervert as well as slandering him behind his back as well as the latter who used to peek on them and invade their privacy because of that; the next was someone who was very close to him in the previous timeline, the mother of Rias Gremory, Venelena Gremory becoming the new principal of the school, she wanted to hear the reasoning of Issei breaking the engagement, she also got to know about the desperation of Rias Gremory who nearly had attacked his parents if it wasn't for Issei stopping her, she made a mental note to speak to both Rias and her husband. Meanwhile, after informing about Rias about her mother being the principal, Issei asks the permission to take Kiba to his house for a meeting with the Student Council at his house, which was basically a contract amount summary at the end of the month. After a while during the meeting Sona gets a call from Rias who wanted to speak to Issei, after informing him that a certain person has requested for the red dragon emperor, Issei knew who this was and decided to meet him. During the night time, on his way home, Kiba gets attacked by a stray exorcist by the name of Freed Sellzen, Kiba manages to overwhelm him with the latter escaping from Kiba, who decides to inform the president about it
