Ayato Kamisato X reader

Entry 4

    Arrived at the big estate. My vision Wait. "Don't worry..." Ayato lifted my hand away from my vision. "No one will dare question it." He told me. "Alright."

   He help my out the carriage. My arm wrapped around his. As he escort me inside the estate. Seeing every person well off for many years. Ayato kept me by his side. "Greetings Commissioner! It's a pleasure to have you this evening." A man dress elegantly greets Ayato. Shakes his hand. He looks at me. As I offer my hand too. But simply pick my hand up and kissed it?! What?! Is it some kind of manner thing?

   I try to look so disgusted but I smile. "Greetings to you uh?" Shoot. "Mrs. Kamisato." Ayato?!?
"Oh I didn't know you were..." "not yet." He nods. "Please enjoy the evening."

   Ayato leads me inside. "Great I knew you make it through the door. Took the hand kiss very well to. I should've warned my fault." "Mrs. Kamisato?" I questioned. "Yes. Keep your cover my dear wife." I nodded as he lead us to mingle.

    "Commissioner. Can we speak in private." Worse thing I didn't want to hear. "Of course!" He turns to me with a smile on his face. "Dear, would you please enjoy yourself. Don't drink too much." He lean towards my cheek. "Go to be study and find me something wrong." He whispered and then Kissed my cheek. "I will Hun!" I cringed a little as he I saw him leave me behind.

Alright I have a mission.

   Sake here is okay but I much more enjoy Mondstadt wine more. I sneak up  stairs to study to find what Ayato wants.

   This whole night is messing with my heart. But it's business nothing serious. This feels wrong. I'm like a spy. Plus it's late. I have to be up early for Ittos play. 

    Digging through the drawers to see nothing that's useful. Who party is it? Why are we here? Why am I here? So many damn questions but no answers.

   When was about to give up I saw a false bottom. It's a different color this then actually desk. Taking off the false I see vision and some documents. "I see. He's smuggling women? This isn't a commissioners house though? Just some rich guy that much I know. I try to tidy the desk up till I felt someone's hands grab my wrist and raise them up. "And who are you?" Hearing a deep voice echo as I see the man who greeted Ayato and I. "I got lost! I'm looking for my husband...to much Sake I guess." I lie. A terrible lie.

   "I'm sure. I will be here to escort you harbor." "The harbor?!" I questioned. "Yes of course your husband is there we moved the part didn't you notice?" He thinks I'm actually drunk. "Oh of course I must've forgotten!" He lets me go and I elbow him in the chest. As he steps back I turn around to see him point a sword at me. "Your a commoner. I knew it." He says. "What do you mean?" "For someone who looked disgusted when I greeted a lady with proper manners." Damn it. "It would be awful if they knew Mr. Kamisato was messing around with poor." He threatened.

   "Come with me and forget what you saw." He threatened. I'm cornered. Ayato is still gone.

    Damnit. "So smuggling women? That's your business? Why's that?" If I can buy time I'm sure Ayato will see I'm gone for too long. Or he'll find me. "Because women are so beautiful they deserve to be like sold like quality." This is gross.

   "Your beautiful so you should priced as it." He comments laying his hand on my cheek. "He doesn't love you. He's using you." I smack his hand away from me. "What Ayato says or does to me is our business! Keep your nose out." I warn him. Hearing the door open seeing the guards. "Please Keep your hands to yourself." Ayato voice was heard. "Thank you Commissioner!" I saw head guard tell Ayato. "Yes anytime. Y/n. Come here please." I ran pass the guards into Ayato arms. "Your safe. You found the papers I presume." I nodded. I broke our hug and hand him the papers. "Good girl." He pats my head. "Now please wait outside for me." I nodded and left the estate.

    He's right. Ayato doesn't love me. I'm just good at my job.
