hey guys! as you can probably expect by now, this will be the mission to determine your trainees' INITIAL RANKINGS. as i have told you all before in the discord server, (and i'm sure you guys have all had some progress by now;) this is similar to the usual survival show format where trainees have a first audition performance as a first impression to the mentors.
the ranking format will be: a, b, c, d, f. 6 girls will be in each rank, and these lists will be collectively announced after all stages. there is NO ELIMINATION for this round.
this is why, in fact, i have these reminders below for you:
001 ;; all performances are of your own choice. they should be FROM SURVIVAL SHOWS unless you genuinely cannot find one that suits your group's skillset. in that situation, i will allow other performances, but they must be a LIVE STAGE. you have a choice to make the portrayals accurate to the complete original distribution, or just have each trainee portray one person for dance, and have a different line distribution.
002 ;; feel free to give me a crappier performance for funsies, as this mission will NOT determine your ELIMINATIONS. it's simply a way for the show to categorize trainees into approximate skill levels! plus, it's unrealistic to have no disparity between trainees, after all.
003 ;; continuing on from the last point, you can also request for me to add something in that your trainee does (a voice crack that doesn't exist in the performance, a fall, etc). might as well add to the fun :D
004 ;; please fill in all the blanks in the form unless they are specified to be optional! this includes the group introduction and the group name, if you have any. it can be just something like "hello we are the COMPANY trainees!
005 ;; most importantly, discuss with your groupmates (on discord)! don't free-ride and let someone do all the work. also please inform me + your groupmates if you are experiencing the need for an inactivity period. you will be given A LITTLE MORE THAN 4 DAYS to deliberate. your trainee WILL be penalized in the form of evil-editing or a lower rank if you have very low contribution / activity.
have fun and please submit on time! ALL PERFORMANCES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, IN CASE OF CLASHES.
