As i sat in the car, all i could do was think and look around. I didn't want to move again.
But I didn't really have a say in the matter, after my parents divorce was over and my dad "gained custody" of me even though im 20 he said we had to start over
But I liked where I was, I didn't want to start over in a small town

When we arrived at the new house, I realized where I was, next door to my best friend, Luke.

I stayed back in the car for a moment as my dad got out and went to the front of the house

"Dad," I called loudly

"Yes, Ryan," he said back

"This is we're we are going to be living?" I say slightly excited

"Yes, yes, I know it's not the big city life we had, but it's close to your school, and it could be fun," he said slightly, sad yet optimistic.

"Yeah." I said in agreement

"Now get out and help me move these boxes out from the car, we better be quick. I heard it's going to rain later,"

"Yes, sir!" I replied

Stepping out of my dad's sparkling black sports car I smell the fresh summer air, and take in my surroundings, my bright white house and small wooden fence going around the yard with a bright red door and huge windows going around the front

There's a car in Luke's driveway. I wonder if he's home

I take a few small boxes containing my stuff and look for my room. My dad said I have the one on the back right of the house. When I found it, I set my boxes down and took my shirt off since I was already sweating from how hot it was. After thet I opened up my curtains to let some of the sun light in, I opened them and swooped my hair back out of my face to see outside, when I did I saw a girl standing in the window across from mine her deep brown eyes were mesmerizing she was wearing a pair of bagy sweatpants and a tight shirt her hair still messy from sleeping I quickly ducked away hoping she didn't see me

'Was that Luke's little sister?'
'She was so tiny last time I saw her'

'Mabey moving here won't be too bad after all'
