3rd person POV:
With a lead on this slug lady who Jiraiya believes can be the new Hokage, Kiryu knew what was next on his list of things to do.
Get a lot of money to get into the gambling ring where he might find the slug lady.
However, even with what he already had along with what he won, Kiryu didn't have nearly enough to pay the entry fee.
So he went to Jiraiya who he found approaching a strip club.
Jiraiya: O-oh Kiryu. Fancy meeting you here. Any leads?
Kiryu: Yes. But I need money.
Jiraiya: Oh? Bribery huh? Well, how much do you need?
Kiryu: 100000.
Jiraiya:(pulls out wallet) Yeah sure- bleh!? Eh!?
Kiryu: Fork over the cash so I can find them.
Jiraiya: Like hell, I have that kind of cash!
Kiryu: I'll figure something else out then...
He walks away.
Jiraiya:... Could have just snuck into the place...(shurgs) Oh well...
Kiryu: Oh I forgot.
Jiraiya: What?
Kiryu: What's the third step?
Jiraiya: Oh, just combine both steps.
Kiryu: Combine both steps...
(Opening theme)
Kakashi, Sakura, and Majima arrive in town to find any clue on Jiraiya and Kiryu's location.
Kakashi: Let's-ugh.
Sakura: Sensei. You still haven't recovered, have you?
Kakashi: It's fine.
Majima: Unless you want us to carry your sorry butt if we come across Itachi, then it ain't fine.
Majima: Take a minute. We'll ask around.
Kakashi:... Alright. But remember-
Majima: I know! Don't remind me...
Followed by Sakura, Majima leaves.
Sakura: So what's the plan?
Majima:?
Sakura: Maybe it's best if we split up. B-but I kinda don't want to leave your side...
Majima: Sakura...
Sakura: Only because of the state you're in! You might go and get yourself killed!
Majima: Sakura.
Sakura: A-and... I kinda-
Grabbing her by the jaw, Majima makes her quiet by puckering her lips.
Sakura:(mind) A-are we having a moment,...?
She tries to lean in close for a kiss, only for Majima to turn her head.
Sakura:......
Sakura:?
She then noticed what Majima saw. Kiryu dressed as a bodyguard in front of a club.
Majima: That saves time.
