Effie and Haymitch promise to keep in touch, and they do so through letters and occasional train trips. Haymitch permanently lived in District 12 with Katniss and Peeta.
Beetee stayed in the Capitol and helped with the technological aspect of things when needed. Otherwise, he lived a life of much needed rest and peace. Jessica and Finnick kept in touch with him.
Enobaria returns back home to District 2 and lives the rest of her life away from the Capitol unless absolutely necessary. She found peace in the silence and managed to live the rest of her life happily.
