I also want to point out that this shows another good trait of Pete as well. This was a man who abused him yet he still felt the need to converse with Vegas and even feel pity for him. He was angry but he still showed his humanity even for a little 🤧❤️
We also get this dialogue (from Chap 6 too) where Pete finally reveals his past and explains that even though Vegas was hurting, there were others hurting like him as well. This can be taken in different ways but I see it as Pete telling him that Vegas was not alone ♥️
