Noh/No/Roh -노- the pronunciation of r in some Korean names is very complicated, and I do not really understand it yet. Usually, what is pronounced with an "r" sound is written like ㄹ, but there are some Korean names spelt with ㄴ that are romanized with an r instead of an n.
Two syllable surnames are all rare, some more so than others. Namgung though, I heard for the first time in the 2022 Kdrama Tomorrow, in which there's a character called Namgung Jaesoo. It's the name that inspired me to look into Korean surnames as a whole :)
