His Angel

CHAPTER-8

The colour finally started to come back to the world, darkness finally leaving her.

A painful scream ripped through her throat as her insides felt like they were getting torn out. Her body began to spasm, shaking uncontrolablely before falling still again.. She was exhausted. Mind and body numb.

Another hour won't hurt.

Her eyes finally opened to a hand holding a wet cloth to her forehead. The first thing she saw were those dark eyes she was beginning to adore. Nothing could bring her more peace than those eyes.

"my love? Minna? Oh thank the creation of hell... Welcome back little one" he pulled her onto his lap gently being carful not to move her body to much since she had just come out of a two week coma. "I thought I had lost you" she could pick up on the pain in his tone. As he basked in the feeling of the tingles rushing through his skin. It felt like paradise.

He placed his lips onto her forehead giving her a sweet kiss and letting them linger so the sparks could continue to fly around both of their bodies. "I hope you feel the same sparks I do" lucifer hummed loving the feeling, he was interested to whether she felt the sparks as well but he didn't expect her to speak, let's be honest she needed time, and the way she had woken up screaming earlier probably hurt her vocal cords.

When she had awoken abruptly earlier lucifer was just getting back from his meeting with god and her parents, that's when she started screaming, screams that shattered glass and shook hell it's self. Nothing could break his stone heart like the pain filled scream of his innocent angel. Even an idiot could pick up the thick lacing of pain though the scream. Her voice had cracked so bad everyone was worrying she'd never be able to speak again... Angels weren't meant to deal with pain levels that high yet the people that were meant to care for her made her endure the torture.

Before lucifer could say anything else Minna parted her lips forcing the shock of pain down as she began to speak "I-I'm sorry... You must have been.. Worried" anyone could tell that the pure being in the devil's arms was beating herself up about her coma, though its not really shocking to anyone that knew some of her story. She had been trained to believe that she didn't matter and bothering people was above her...

"little one never apologise.. You're worth more than existence itself and if I have to tell you that everyday of our long life's I happily will.. You're my Queen.. My reason. Don’t doubt that my love" Minna's stomach exploded in butterflies, nobody had ever said such kind words to her apart from her father when they would rarely bond. She turned into mush in her arms. The praising words acting like a warm blanket.

In this moment anything he wanted or desired from her she would give it to him on a golden platter.

"Louie I know your the king of devil's.. and I'm going to be your queen.. but for now I only want you.." lucifer eyes softened as he stared into his perfect mate's eyes. Minna's delicate hands reached up and slowly cupped the Kings cheeks, her thumbs rubbed against his skin loving the way he would shiver under her finger tips. If she was confident she would have taken advantage of this, he may be in control of millions but she was in control of him.. And that's all that mattered. It proved she wasn't a nobody anymore.

She moved her hand up into his messily stylish hair allowing the smooth strands to glide passed her fingers. Meanwhile lucifer stared deep into those milky green ires' that he could and would drowned in, the amount of emotion that floated in them incased him in a daze. One that he didn't want to come out of.. Ever. He guided his hands around her waist pulling her tighter against him. Nothing. Nothing could ever be as perfect as this. Her plush body against his.

A smile made its way onto Minna's face for the first time in weeks, the way his arms caged her, protecting her from the world made her heart flutter. The occasional rub of his thumb against her side reminded her that everything was now in the past.. Someone cared for her now. She didn't have to be scared for what was to come anymore since she had the strongest king of demons ready to burn heaven down just for her.. All for her.. All she had to do was say a word and the action would be done no matter the consequences.

How did she get so lucky? This perfect being was hers.. All hers.

Their eyes never left each others, reading behind the colour and picking up on little details, like with in his dark eyes was a spot of pure gold which the dim light danced off perfectly. She was definitely falling hard for him. "louie.." she continued to hold him gently, happy tears building up in those perfect eyes of hers "I don't think I could live without you anymore"

In return all she received was an award winning smile and a hum, one of his hands untangled itself from her wait before being put on her cheek to wipe a stray tear away then brush some baby hairs to the side. "darling I wouldn't let you leave anyway.. You're mine now and for eternity.. If you'd have me" he brought his hand under her chin holding it gently as he brought his face closer to hers.

Their breath hitting the others lips as they were positioned centimetres away from each other. Just word could make their lips touch then that would be their first ever kiss.

Just as lucifer was about to rid them of the space stopping their lips from connecting someone barged in the door causing Minna to jump and sit back to see who it was. Meanwhile lucifer just growled in frustration, he wanted to finally kiss his mate more than anything.. All other new mates had already completed the bound by this time and yet here he sat not even having kiss his little one.

"glad to see your up min" lilith happily walked over ignoring her brothers attempts to scare her away, she pulled Minna up sitting her back on the soft blankets, then she put some fruit in front of her. "as much as my brother wants you, your health is more important.. Now eat. Lucifer call me once she is done" with that the woman walked out.
