*Hunter's pov*
Zack and I walked over to the counter to return our tray's.
"How was your food boys?" The old lady questioned.
"It was great ma'am" Zack said with a big smile.
"Yes definitely, thank you." I said.
"Aw, you boys are the sweetest."
"No it's true, I'm serious". Zack said with his hands up.
"Cringe-" I wispered in Zacks ear.
"Shut the hell up man." Zack said, than gave me a shove.
"You boys are all good, have a good day."
"Thanks again." I said giving the old lady a smirk.
"Hey Hunter?"
"Yeah, what's up?" I said with a concerned look on my face.
"Why do you think Maya refused to get food, like she's a total food freak?"
"I-i dont- know man."I said, then looked up and saw Maya sitting on the table with her phone waiting for us.
"Man I'ma be honest but I'm really worried about her, and I really really hope that it's nothing big." Zack said in one short breath.
"Ya" I hope too.
Once we got back to the table Maya got all of our stuff packed up and ready for class. Our first class was computer science. I absolutely loved this class it wasn't Maya's or Zack's favorite but I hope this will just set a more positive mood for the rest of the day.
Once we got to class we all sat in are assigned seats. But thankfully we all got to sit together. The teacher spoke about the plan for today and got to work.
Zack, Maya and I were all talking when Maya brought up.
"Hey, guys you know where I really wanna go." She brought up.
"No?" Zack said.
"Where do you 'really' wanna go?" I said with air quotes.
"Want to go to the Stanley hotel." She said with a excited face.
"You- want to go-." Zack said with a concerned look.
"Yes, the Stanley hotel." She finished for him.
"Why, do you want to got here anyway?"
"Well, number one- it's said to be haunted-."
"Ok we need no more, there's no way I'm going." Zack said with his hands in the air. Like a surrender.
"Well, I'm going to finish anyway. It's the same hotel that Steven king came up with the shinning; movie."
"Wait! That's actually sick!" I said
"Yeah, right!" Maya replied.
"If we do go, do I have to come along?" Zack asked.
"Hell ya, you do! And we are going!" Maya said excited.
"Wait what!?" I said confused and concerned.
"Ya, we are going I already made reservations!" Maya jumped.
"Wait what!" "Please no!" Zack said with a terrified look from his face.
